There weren’t any huge problems with this hotel, apart from when we first arrived we were given a key card to someone else’s room. After complaining about this we were promised a fruit basket which never materialised!! The location was ok, but did have to get a taxi to pretty much anywhere that was on the tourist map (taxis are... more

I booked the hotel based on some good reviews on tripadvisor. However, I must say the good reviews are somewhat overrated. I am an accor advantage plus members for years, stayed in many hotels within the Accor chain, I am sorry to say this hotel should not belong to the Grand Mercure chain. I stayed 2 nights. Check in is... more

We stayed here as part of a two centre holiday in Thailand. The hotel is not as close to they Skytrain as you may think when its 35 degrees. But the Skytrain is a great tool to get around. Taxi's are ok and very reasonable but the traffic is so bad its takes forever to get anywhere. As always the... more

This hotel is very lovely... and well worth the money spent to stay there.. even if it were only 3days... My Partner and I stayed here during the Songkran (Thailand's New Year), this is also known to foreigners as the worlds largest water fight... It was fun just walking two doors down to a shop to buy some snack and... more

Good area of Sukhumvit on Soi 22, Skytrain at Soi 19 so a short walk. Good value hotel, stayed on 14th floor (superior room I think) the rooms are a higher grade as you go higher in the hotel. Not in its first flush of youth but well maintained, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff very helpful but they are in... more

I booked into this hotel for 4 nights and checked out after the first night. Great service but the hotel is very dated/old, rooms are clean but furnishings are old. I stayed in the mercure in Phuket for the previous week and expected this to be the same standard but was very dissapointed with the room. Good price but better... more
