I imagined better rooms for a comfortable stay. Bangkok can offer better rooms and satisfaction than this at the same price. The staff at the front desk were indifferent - I thought 'may be all foreigners do not deserve a warm reception'. There was a complimentary breakfast in my package. But then the lady at the breakfast buffet showed me... More

It was fair for me to stay here because it's value withe money, and good location. However, I would like to say these things for your future development, as a hospitality employee working. 1. The room should be even close to the picture you sent to the agent. Just be more closed. 2. Needs a lot improvement, and room painting.... More

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The room we booked looked nothing even close to the picture. When we first arrived we were expecting at least something decent as the lobby looks the part of a real hotel. The nightmare started when we went to the room. First the bellhop couldn't get the key to open the door, we had... More

We stayed in 5 hotels in Bangkok and this was the worst one. I would not say room was dirty but you will not feel good. Old furnitures, ripped off carpets, uncomfortable bed, filthy bathroom- can not say a good thing about the room. I am counting all these things because with the money paid by us we expected better.... More

Economy rooms are horrible with no air con working which I discovered on my visit in January 2014. Bare wires and ripped carpets with a window with a curtain held up by string and a nail! Booked again in August and tried again as location is good. Booked a deluxe room thinking I might get better but no...ripped carpets and... More

Recommended for short stay specially one/two nights before /after traveling other cities like Phuket,Huahin, etc. Very close to Bumrungrad Hospital which is an added advantage for the medical tourists.

First of all. The price advertised on the internet said "From $23 AUD per night". When I arrived I found that the actual price was more like $35 AUD per night! This is a bit dishonest and a rip off. The room was the standard room, with Air-con, fridge, TV, bathroom and toilet. There was 1 grimy window which you... More

Not great, but cheap and cheerful, amongst the Arab community, 15 minutes from sukhuvit road, no late food, restaurant closes at 6.30 pm. A bit too far from the center really. But £15 gets you a room with ac and shower, budget hotel
