we stayed at this hotel the staff at reception were excellent but room servicewas bad and staff in breakfast room have a lot to do very quick to remove your plate as if they want to rid of you , no smiles from kitchen staff and you had to go back to get your egg dishes , ordered well done... more

This hotel is not, as others have pointed, below its category. On the contrary, it has a category above it's price range. It offers a quality of service perfectly comparable to other (close by) hotels wich easily cost twice or more. more

I stayed in ramada menam, the rooms have bad decors even the toilets dosen't have any bolt inside and on top of it they have put the bedroom and toilet curtain inside the room not inside the toilet.
