I had 5 nights there in early Feb. I chose the hotel because it was new and very convenient. If you are taking the airport taxi from Daunmuang, the hotel on the road side. In addition there are money changers, a small supermarket, pharmacy and many places to eat nearby as well. Esplanade, Tesco lotus is a few minutes away.... More

We chose this place because its so close to Don Muang airport, we were catching an early flight the next morning. I would only recommend staying here if you are needing to do the same. The hotel itself looks like its been hit by an earthquake, the place is tired and in need of some repairs and maintenance. Good for... More

Stayed 1 night in transit, over all ok... Few issues- electrical socket had scorch marks on it, bedside lamp didn't work and some other obvious dodgy wiring. Positives- room was a good size, Breakfast was good - they had a chef making omelettes on request, nice modern aesthetic over all. Little bit of a hassle getting a taxi there as... More

Stayed here again because this hotel is close to family and the Don Muang Airport. Experience this time is less than the last time. Staff are not trained properly, even for a three star hotel. Room was clean and fortunately everything in the bathroom worked fine. For the same price and area I prefer Amari Don Muang Airport hotel which... More

Stayed for a night in transit. Place was pleasant enough - had a little difficulty communicating with staff (my Thai is sadly lacking). Had a room change as original room had a strong paint odour - no problem though. Out of the door you're into street markets and real Thai living - this may unnerve some who may not have... More

Cute small and nice hotel. Near airport don muang but far from centre. Reception couldn't speak english and this wasn't convenient because we needed information. In my opinion for a hotel in a big city like bangkok it is necessary to have a good English reception. Room was clean and very nice.

This hotel is convenient for Don Muang airport however we stayed on the nights of the 12th and 22nd of October as had a trip to Bali. The transfer to and from the airport was lengthy due to the high volume of traffic so a trip that is only 5km took and hour. The hotel offers a good restaurant and... More

They market themselves as very high class and you pay accordingly. But the decor is falling apart, cheaply done and in some places has holes. The front desk was only helpful when pressed and I had to change rooms three times upon arrival because half the rooms didn't have locks on the inside of the doors (they locked automatically when... We booked a suite and then called and said they were remodeling them and gave us two deluxe rooms. We went to look at the room and it was a superior. The person unloading our luggage was rude. The room service closes early. For the price, it is not worth it.

Their "24 hr front desk reception staff" didn't answer their phone after calling 3 times when our late night flight was cancelled. An e-mail was also submitted at the same time through the hotel website. They never responded to our e-mail and claim they never received it. There was no way I could try and adjust our stay. Terrible service... More
