We stayed in this hotel from the 22/04/12-25/04/12 and had a great time, the rooms was big and spacious and I likes the old fashion look about it, it was quite regal, the only negative thing about it, was that it was far from the city, bur close to the airport, so is ideal if you have to catch an... What can I say about the Golden Tulip? We had to change our plans due to the demonstration in the Silom area so booked the Golden Tulip at the last minute. It was about 20 minutes from the airport but the location was awful - no near anything and close to the motorway - we felt like we were in... More

This hotel would be good average anywhere, but in Bangkok my expectations are higher. Not that there is anything wrong in particular, however there are better hotels in same category and price range. It is quite away from things and a taxi is needed for any trip outside to anywhere. The taxi drivers didn't want to turn on their meter,... More

This hotel was a surprise. Needed something cheap and cheerful for two nights but the hotel turned to be more than that. The name at the booking was Golden Tulip but the confirmation was for Annantara, this was somewhat confusing. The views from the room at night were stunning. The hotel has about 40 floors. The bed was comfortable and... More

This is an excellent hotel with nice big rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. It is right next to the expressway so very quick access to airport. Also, just next Prahram 9 hospital so anyone looking for a body checkup will find this very convenient. 15 mins walk to new Central shopping mall and underground. Hotel provides shuttle bus to... I stayed here for a couple of days. Found the hotel is quite away from the city center. The hotel staff don't really speak good English and I found it hard to communicate with them. Check in was smooth. The room is completely dated and old. But it is clean and spacious though. There are other better hotels in the... More

Nice hotel, nice staff, good meal, nice and spacious room. Only one inconvenience, it is a little bit too far from the city center. More

I attended a symposiumin Bangkok and was put up in this hotel. I arrived after midnite, and the lobby was unnervingly dark. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and spacious, but a bit dated. The breakfast spread was just okay. Overall a decent stay More

Happened to stay here for two nights during last year. The first thing which impresses you the most is the lobby lounge. There is a pub next to the reception where in we spent an hour relaxing after touring the city. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. There is a safe deposit locker in the room as well.... The hotel was nice, food great and staff very courteous and helpful. I stayed with my family for a vacation trip to Thailand. The stay was in the last leg of our trip. Specially the food was good and we could also have some Indian vegetarian specialties. Nice place to stay, we were there on Christmas time and had a... More
