Hotel has nice restaurants, rooms are good with beautiful view. I liked lobby, especially in the evening with talented pianist. Staff is really good but, I have to say that what ever you need you can ask Consierge Wittaya. He is amazing, kind, helpful. He gave me all information about city and the best places for visiting and shopping. I... More

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Fabulous rooms, fantastic staff - this hotel has everything. We had delicious meals in the restaurants, cocktailed in the bars, swam in the pools, had relaxing massages, caught the hotel bus to the shopping malls. The room was more than comfortable, complete with dressing room and heated towel rail. We were... More

The location is absolutely dreadful, it's literally on the freeway. You can walk to the mall but it's with your life in your hands. No pedestrian walk or pavement, and it will take you a good 20-30 minutes. The smokers had to sit by the entrance instead of letting them sit outside in the bar upstairs. Breakfast wasn't included and... More

I stay here many times on business trips as its close to my office location and we have good rate contract with them. down side for this hotel...is its away from shopping areas, eating places (specially indian food). Rooms are average. This property was earlier with Radisson, when it was much better maintained. now everything looks older..they need an upgrade.... More

I will be able to rate only the hotel room and staff as I didn't use any facility of the hotel due to nature and timings of my visit. Hotel lobby was cozy, staff were energetic and prompt. Room was old styled but had spectacular view. Location was of course one can not compare it with Sukhumvit, but still decent... More

Very unfriendly front desk service staff during check-in, didn't bother to ask much about other information since it was late at night and I just wanted to get some sleep. Can tell it was an old hotel with some renovation works done not long ago. But I would say with the price paid, I could have stayed in a better... More

I have stayed here on many occasions over the last decade, because I like it. I like that it's not bang in the middle of the city's nightlife action - although that's an easy taxi ride away. I like that it's not at all pretentious, while it retains a sense of quality. I like the breakfast. It's not as exquisite... More

Having stayed at this hotel several times, one has to admire how well it is run! Firstly from when you walk in the door you are greeted by the most fantastic and polite staff. It's a very large hotel with a stunning lobby very well maintained in every aspect! The hotel is also perfectly located for trips to the city.... More

This is a reasonably priced hotel, and away from the noise and infamous Bangkok action. Thankfully Thailand has created a very well functioning train and subway system so everything is accessible. Great pool area, and quality food. Staff could speak better english, but then we could speak better Thai. It os very close, 5 minute walk, to Central Rama 9... More

A run-down hotel with the table lamp socket by the bed not working, the tv control had to be pressed at least 7 times before the tv came on, this hotel is basically a very old hotel. Location wise it's out of town and by the highway which takes you to the international airport, this is its plus point. I... More
