Very unfriendly front desk service staff during check-in, didn't bother to ask much about other information since it was late at night and I just wanted to get some sleep. Can tell it was an old hotel with some renovation works done not long ago. But I would say with the price paid, I could have stayed in a better... More

I have stayed here on many occasions over the last decade, because I like it. I like that it's not bang in the middle of the city's nightlife action - although that's an easy taxi ride away. I like that it's not at all pretentious, while it retains a sense of quality. I like the breakfast. It's not as exquisite... More

Having stayed at this hotel several times, one has to admire how well it is run! Firstly from when you walk in the door you are greeted by the most fantastic and polite staff. It's a very large hotel with a stunning lobby very well maintained in every aspect! The hotel is also perfectly located for trips to the city.... More

This is a reasonably priced hotel, and away from the noise and infamous Bangkok action. Thankfully Thailand has created a very well functioning train and subway system so everything is accessible. Great pool area, and quality food. Staff could speak better english, but then we could speak better Thai. It os very close, 5 minute walk, to Central Rama 9... More

A run-down hotel with the table lamp socket by the bed not working, the tv control had to be pressed at least 7 times before the tv came on, this hotel is basically a very old hotel. Location wise it's out of town and by the highway which takes you to the international airport, this is its plus point. I... More

Thank you Mr. Soranon to you and all your amazing front office staff who truly helped me through with some special requirements that I requested. The hotel itself is a great property, but what makes the difference is the quality of the staff. Being received with such lovely words as "Love is important to us" is just amazing. thank you!... Have stayed here a few times, before travelling on to beach resort, the pool here is excellent, breakfast good, free shuttle to shopping mall, only downside is there isn't much nearby, the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable and quiet, we were on 11th floor.

In terms of customer service, with exception of some 4 members of staff at the reception and lobby, I confess that in Thailand I got used to be greeted with a more interested attitude. From the element to whom I asked a taxi but as nothing happened I walked down to the taxi stand on my own, to the cleaning... More
