Location , location, location. That's the name of the game and The Tawana has got it at a good price. Very convenient, very friendly staff. And a very nice bed that made me fall asleep Everytime I laid down in it. The bad part was the WIFI. it was very hard to log in and out and continually dropped. So... More

Really wonderfully appointed room. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, even at 0300 in the morning for a taxi to the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the Patong Night Market and legitimate massage centers. Also, several good restaurants in the area.

Good 4 star hotel within budget and accessible to main Indra Market, Sukhumvit Road and other shopping areas of the city. Hotel is nicely built with decent space for parking. Lobby is good enough to accommodate about 100 passengers with their bags. 4 Lifts in the building whc are perfect. Check in process is smooth and they explain wht all... More

Where to start, I have stayed here about 20 times over the past 5 years and have recommended the hotel to many people because of convenient location and the previously friendly staff but no longer. The non smoking room stank of cigarette smoke, i think it was coming through the Air con, the filters must not hab=ve been changed for... More

My wife and i arrived late in the afternoon in Bangkok. After ditching a rather wanting 'boutique' hotel we ended up at the Tawana. The bed was soft, the room fairly spacious and the staff very helpful. Everything was clean, the hotel has super fast free in-suite WIFI. Perfect position in surrawong road among all the nightlife and excitement of... More

I chose this hotel from the web--it offered a touch of old Thai style and was central to the city. We weren't disappointed! The rooms were lovely and comfortable with luxurious toiletries. We arrived Sunday night and stepped out of the hotel in search of the infamous Thai Night Market. We finally found it but not after innocently stumbling into... More

Given the hotel class, I didn't expect much from this hotel but still it's way below standard. Location: good location only if you want to go to Patpong. It's not that close to the mall/train station which located on another block on Silom rd. Although it is walkable to Silom, it is not a good idea especially if you are... More

I spent three nights at The Tawana last week. The hotel is in a very central location and only a few minutes walk to the Patpong night markets and only about 10 minutes to one of the BTS stops on Silom. The first night was a late check-in at around 2am after a long drive. The night staff were professional... More

Stayed here for one week last summer with my boyfriend. Fantastic service! Great staff! And a really beautiful hotel! Very central and it takes you about 5 min in a taxi to all the shopping centers! Awesome pool! Loved it! Great food also, can't complain!

the tawana bangkok hotel is a beautiful hotel with a historical charm to it. entering its lobby makes you feel like you are transported to a time gone by. Beautiful mouldings and stairways with wood panelling just adds to the charm of this hotel the check in process was a breeze and within 5 to 7 mins i was in... More
