This place looked great online and for 2400THB I thought it looked like a good choice. When we arrived we were told we had booked a small room and that we were being upgraded. But the good news soon turned into disappointment when we went had to go down a dark alley, across a carpark and into a 80s style... More

Dear Elanikimou Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing stay. Your arrival to the Court Wing was not as it should be. Guests arriving to the Court Wing are driven there by our tuk-tuk shuttle, you are not expected to walk down the back alley, my sincere apologies for this. We... More

Booked a deluxe room one months before with 30% discount, and was upgraded to Junior suite which located at Court Wing (opposite main building). My room 504 is renovated and looked much better than the previous 1 i stayed in 2010. Few areas that can be improved : 1) TV reception in the room is very poor. 2) The safety... More

This hotel is right in the heart of commercial district of Sukhumvit commericla district. Nicely connected with skytrains and MRT to main centers of Bangkok..It offers good bang for your buck..ata mid-market price range, you get the luxury of a 4-star hotel, if not a 5-star.. Hotel staff was friendly and arranged for a cab drop to the airport and... More

There are several other hotels in the neighborhood in the same price range. Stay at one of them instead. We arrived on a Sunday morning having booked this hotel over 2 months in advance. Based on other reviewers, we had specifically asked for a room on the 10th floor or higher. We were shown a room in the Court Annex... More

Dear Dandkindk Thank you for your feedback. I believe we spoke in the afternoon before you were to leave and many of the issues you faced during your stay were then brought immediately to the attention of the department heads: (i) Junior Suite - We made the mistake of not informing you before hand that rooms of that type do... Nice hotel, however I found it very noisy. Not because of the night life, but the power cables all around are buzzing all the time. I'm a very light sleeper and had to use ear plugs every night. However our 'double bed' was huge more like super king size, and mattress was firm and very comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every... More

Dear Helenka123 Thank you for taking the time to write a review, your comments have been noted and passed on to the staff, and where it pertains to a lack of cleanliness or poor service brought to the attention of the department head for change. I had the same question on the Garden Wing when I first arrived and I... More

Once again stayed here and had an enjoyable visit. So many choices in Bangkok dependent on what you wish to do. This is near the heart of Sukhumvit yet in a quiet back street. Near skytrain/MRT to attractions or shopping and new shopping Centre Terminal 21 has just opened very near by. Importantly found friendly staff, clean rooms. Helped with... More

I am solely rating the hotel based on my experience in reserving our room. We have not stayed there and, unfortunately, had to cancel our booking. I contacted the General Manager, Rami Nuek, about our trip and received a courteous, prompt and helpful response. I had a few special requests that the General Manager forwarded to the correct personnel in... More

Dear BoyntonMama I am very sorry to hear that we will not have the pleasure of serving you. I sincerely hope that you will be able to make the trip another time. In the meantime, thank you very much for your kind comments, I have passed these onto the staff and naturally, they are most pleased. And when you next... More

Very clean and comfortable hotel, right in the center of Bangkok by Sukhumvit Road and Soy 15. Reasonably priced, free tuk-tuk (mini shuttle bus) service to close destinations, great breakfast and extremely cheap and delicious restaurant food. Good combination of price and value. More

I travel to Bangkok a lot and I always stay Zenith but this time I thought I would try the Royal President. It was very good but I really missed the rooftop pool at the Zenith. There is something about swimming higher than anyone in Thailand that really floats my boat. Sometimes I would be looking up at the Zenith... More

I was looking forward to stay in this hotel after some calls to the hotel and also the review from others. After a long flight (8 hours) i finally touch down to Bangkok. Getting to the hotel was pretty much easy from the airport using the airport link, stop at Makassan Station and then proceed to Petchaburi MRT and just... More

Dear Edmund C Thank you for your feedback and I truly regret that we were not able to make your stay a comfortable one. It is unfortunate that your booking did not go through; we are looking into this but I am glad to hear that it was resolved. Unfortunately, construction in Bangkok is an ongoing thing and much of...
