This was my second visit and lived up to my good memories. A lovely big room and very comfortable. The location was great- we walked to many places and caught the train to the main shopping area, and took taxis or tuk tuks if necessary. When my husband was sick instead of ordering us a taxi we were taken to... More

Great service. Pretty good location, shuttle service. Great taxi driver named King Kong that is located just across the street. Good food, clean air conditioned rooms with very helpful staff More

Was put up in the Apartment wing after being promised room in the main wing. It sucks. Breakfast was horrible. The rooms were stinky. More

Exist much better hotel in Bangkok. The pool (big as a bathtub) has sun for two hours a day. The smell in the rooms are a mix of mold and old sox. More

The area around the Royal President can seem a little sketchy when you first land - especially after coming from a "developed" country and flying for umpteen hours. Don't worry, it's only the look, you're perfectly safe. The Royal President is situated just off of one of Bangkok's main streets (Sukhumvit) and is located 10 mins from the BTS line,... More

from the moment we entered the Royal President we could tell that this Hotel was a cut above the usual hotel normally found in a Sukhumvit back street. The marbled floors were a touch of quality. The staff extremely friendly and attentive. Our room was up on the sixth floor and was very spacious. The A/C worked well and so... More

Royal President has the biggest hotel rooms! They are so nice with an L-shaped couch & 2 plasma TVs. The bathrooms were white & clean... nice shower & separate tub. The rooms are very clean. I had a great view of the pool. Breakfast was included & the food was good. Walk outside to a street full of bars &... More

just come back from another weeks stay at the royal president in a junior suite. Once again unable to fault the hotel or any of its staff. They always make you feel like family and are always happy to assist you in any way they can. Great room service and great location no matter what you want to do in... More

The hotel was very nice. The staff where very good. The tuk tuk to the station was excellent . Harder to get it back to the hotel as one needs to phone for it and the calls went via reception so had to explain when and where twice. But the drivers where great. The breakfast I really enjoyed and found... More

Dear jennyh0904 Thank you for your feedback and your kind words. The staff try hard and praise such as yours make it all worthwhile. I have taken note of your comments on the mosquitoes at the pool area and yes we do have a regular pest control treatment program in place. I am glad you enjoyed the breakfast; we have... More
