The Siam City is centrally located - five minutes walk to the BTS / Skytrain and from there only a couple of stops to the main shopping areas - Siam Square /Central and Emporium. - or to the main restaurant and night life areas (Patpong etc.). The hotel itself is rather old and old-fashioned but clean, large rooms, good swimming... More

I arrived in Bangkok on my Birthday and it was actually the front desk staff member who was the first to greet me that day. I headed out to explore and was very surprised to find a birthday cake and a handwritten birthday card waiting for me in the room. I stayed in the newer part of the hotel and... More

This is a beautiful hotel with nice rooms. Meals were very nice though a bit pricey by Thai standards. Service was excellent and very friendly

Excellent hotel, they work hard to maintain our high standards, unique setting and attention to detail.

I found my stay at Siam City Hotel to be a real pleasent experience. I stayed at the hotel on 2 consecutive weekends during a business trip to Thailand. The hotel is located in the city centre with a BTS station in walking proximity. The hotel has all the necessary amenities which you might expect from a 4.5 star hotel.... More

This is an excellent located hotel. The hotel is tired and in need of a refurbishment. It is very pleasant and very friendly staff. I can recommend this hotel to anyone, but remember "Tired"

I stayed in this hotel for the 4th time in 3 years. Every time I enjoy a perfect service. This time e.g. the aircon in my room was too cold (19°C - I would have wanted 22°- 24°C). After informing the front desk, I was transferred to another room righht away. In the breakfast restaurant, they can remember the names... More

This was a most convenient hotel, near everything, safe area, Sky Train across the street for easily moving around Bangkok. If your just arriving into the city I would highly recommend the Siam as a good place to get your bearings and have a rest to acclimate yourself to the time change. The worlds best open shopping area just 2... More

Stayed at the hotel for 5 Days 4 Nights. Great location, about 5 mins walk to Payathai BTS station, about 2-3mins walk there is a mall where you can get some coffee, Swensens ice-cream, some Thai food and Jap food. Behind the hotel, there is the King Power Duty Free Shopping Centre. You can walk there by turning right after... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on our way through to our Phuket holiday. We stayed in a Delux room. I found the room to be very dusty, smelly & old and in need of upgrading. I would have expected a better room given that we had upgraded our room from a premium room to a deluxe room.... More
