I was very dissapointed with this Hotel. Having come directly from a 4 star boutique resort near Krabi, I was very surprised at the poor level of customer service by the check-in staff. I found most of the staff to be superficial, impersonal and made us feel transparent. We arrived at the hotel at midday, after a flight, and our... More

Staying at Siam City was a highlight of our trip to Bangkok. The friendly staff made us feel at home right away. The elegant lobby and spacious rooms were comfortably decorated. The platter of local fruit and yummy chocolate on our coffee table was a welcoming touch! It seemed anything we could want was provided before we even had time... More

The hotel was amazing; the best I've stayed in my entire life. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Service, rooms, restaurants, pool, workout area, and friendiless of every single staff memeber. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I stayed in the hotel, and was relieved to get back after a busy day in the city.

Siam City Hotel is a nice place to recover from a long journey. It's not inexpensive, but you get a pretty good value. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the gorgeous rooftop pool and spa are relaxing, and there's a small fitness center. There's also an elegant lobby with a small shopping arcade, and a pleasant courtyard. We did... More

This is a bit expensive then the budget hotels but a good place to be in. Food is too good and so is the service. Location a bit far from all places in the city. THere are other budget hotels but not recommended while stay in thailand. so this i guess must be the best according to me.

I spent a little more at this hotel than others I had considered and felt that I did received the appropriate value for the additional Baht spent. Positives: I stayed in what I interpreted as the new addition to the hotel. The rooms were nice with modern decoration, different from the web site. The restaurants were nicely presented although I... More

I and my husband spent 4 nights of our summer holiday in this hotel. but If i go to Bangkok again, I wont stay there. there is no room with openable window in this hotel. I prefer rooms with balcony for smoking, using fresh air or may be putting towels to be dried in sunshine. more over the temprature of... More

This hotel is great and the shining stars are the staff. Traveling with 2 blonde girls in Thailand always means alot of attention and the staff here gave us a very warm welcome. We stayed on the Club Siam floor - highly recommend this. The 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms are perfect for a family. The breakfast is excellent -... More

We stayed for three days. We arrived early so paid for the night before - the hotel arranged a limo to collect us - someone was waiting as we got off the plane, they sorted out our luggage and took is to the limo, who took us straight to the hotel. Because we'd paid fr the night before, as we... More
