The hotel is actually two different blocks. The rooms in the old block are larger but the interiors are a bit run down. The new block rooms are much smaller. The interiors are modern and the bathrooms are snazzy. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful as in most Thai hotels. Room service food is surprisingly good as is the... More

We came from a terrible stay at Pattaya and upon entering this hotel it was a great change... We arrived early but got all our rooms without a hassle... Rooms were in the Ayuthaya block which had a nice city view... Lots of traffic though... The rooms were done up very nicely as well. Room service was very impressive and... More

Got a great deal at Sukosol convenient location to airport shuttle. Staff are friendly, great hotel facilities (eg pool) and the breakfast was amazing! Only gripe was that the bed was a little hard but still had a good night sleep. Would definitely recommend if you can get a deal

The Sukosol Hotel in Bangkok is a decent establishment. The staff are professional and polite - and communicate very well in English which is a plus. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms in particular are very big, but are not equipped with a stand alone shower (surprisingly). The room service menu has a great range of options and... More

From the outside The Sukosol is beautifully stunning. We ended up staying there because our first choice (The Pullman) was full. Unfortunately the rooms and service are far from good. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt (just see my other reviews) but with this place I just can't. The fact that the rooms were underwhelming,... More

This is not a 5 start hotel, but a fairly good 4 star one. The rooms are fine, if a little old. The computer work station / desk was very good and easy to work from. The air-con was good and could cool the room down well for a good sleep. Bed was good and there was no traffic noise... More

The room we were given was very average. the room looks old and smells as if the room has been for more than 10yrs. However after writing an email to them, they upgrade us. They even gave us 2 rooms to choose from. The lobby settings is full with antics. Giving it a luxurious feel. The staff are very friendly... More

I have stayed here twice and love it. With the currency at the moment and political situation, its very affordable. The staff are lovely people, who offer great service. I love the chinese restaurant (pricey but awesome). There is a nice pool also

Nice hotel and perfect facilities. Good location. Will definitely come back and stay here. Good services. Accommodating staff ♡ Recommend you to the family room for your family. A nice collection of Thai and Chinese antiques ceramics are on display at the lobby hotel.

We stayed in the Suksol in June on our way to Hong Kong, a fantastic warm welcome after travelling for 16 hours. Nothing was too much trouble you only have to ask, the hotel is well staffed and there is always someone on hand to offer advice or directions. Rooms were of excellent quality, exceptionally clean and comfortable beds, breakfast... More
