The Twin Towers hotels on the review from the trip advisor comments do reflect the positives and negatives of the hotel. But, my overall opinion was that the hotel was ok, and that's it. I’ll give you all my experiences I had. On arrival in the room, seemed nice and big. We were in the deluxe room, on the 14th... More

Booked it on Last minute Good value They should upgrade to flat screen TV , not that I had time to watch it . Tiny tea cups , not sure why. And certainly not enough tea bags or Siver in the room. Nice breakfast , and good service . Spacious room , I upgraded slightly .

Due to a missed plane, the King's birthday and a busy long weekend, this was the only hotel where we could get a room at around 2400 bath for the night. We stayed the previous week at the Baiyoke Skye and this hotel is by far a notch more luxurious than the Baiyoke. I found it to be much less... More

A beaituful and a nice hotel for a quick stay in bangkok. nice rooms and amazing breakfast. a very quite place and something that the tourist can be happy about. Taxis are expensive so try getting a cheaper cab nearby.

I stayed in this hotels as my clients were also staying. I had a pre conceived idea about this hotel but I would like to say this is value for money! It mainly catering to big group so early morning there will be huge rush for breakfast, check in and check outs. My check in was quick and allowed for... More

Was only here for 1 night and that was at the end of our stay in December 2011. A shame really as the hotel we stayed to begin with was nowhere near as good. This hotel is immaculate with lovely rooms and big beds. Couldn't have asked for more from this hotel and it helped me get a good night... More

We stayed several nights in this hotel. The lobby is huge and very impressive. The rooms are still old-fashioned. You feel this hotel has been very classy before, but it hasn't moved with it's time. There is still a big oldschool tv in a wooden closet for example, while you would expect a flatscreen hanging against the wall. Another example... More

Its a nice hotel with a very reasonable price. Room is spacious, clean. Staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good, however I prefer to have local food instead of western breakfast. That would help to promote the local food as well as the hotel to foreigners when majority hotels around also serve western food.

We had a really terrible stay at The Twin Towers and were not offered any apologies. This hotel is really struggling and to save itself charges you for every thing. The wifi is 300 baht a day, if you want a packet of instant coffee in you room its 50 baht, even the gym you have to pay an additional... More

It's a big hotel however the location is quite far from BTS as well as other landmarks. I have stayed there for 3 days before heading to Pataya. The pool is cool but sometimes it gets really crowded. Food are not really interesting since most of it is western food (I'd prefer local food).
