Friendly staff greeted us at huge lobby area that also housed few stalls selling local products and promotion of mooncakes. Several Night Food stalls available just opposite hotel that serve good local dishes at reasonable prices. Would need a taxi to get to places of interests.

Twin Towers used to be called Sol Twin Towers (older taxi drivers in Bangkok are familiar with the latter name) -- it is quite an old hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and the breakfast is quite good. Most of the guests are mass tourist groups who have transportation taken care for. If you are solo, couple or family guests,... More

Stayed here five times now. It is getting a little tired and the cleanliness standards have. Definitely dropped but as far as value for money it still rates well. Easy walk to MBK and surrounding areas.

I stayed here for 2 night. This is a very nice hotel that I've found. This hotel is great, clean and comfortable. All staff are helpful and good English. My room is a twin room. It's large, comfortable and good smell. The beds are really soft and clean. There are available 24 room service. The swimming pool is nice. The... More

Disclaimer: I stayed at the same room for 2 days, not consecutive days of the week. When I arrived, there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. Bath tub had brown spots on the bottom, clearly because the housekeeping crew didn't do their job properly. Also, there were fungi or mold, not sure what it was, on the wall.... More

Our deluxe room was tired, impersonal, and minimally equipped and serviced. The advertised complimentary robes and slippers didn’t exist, along with extra pillows or any cushions. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but weirdly; I was informed tea, coffee and newspapers are not supplied to the 14th floor rooms. The buffet breakfast at 375 baht pp is extortionate and... More

Average hotel with poor facility, you have to pay for wifi and gym. The location near siam area, 3 km walking distance to MBK or you can take tuk tuk, please ask the price first if you want to take tuktuk, and make sure the currency is thai baht not usd, big difference dude! Surroundings nothing interesting

On my second trip to Bangkok in one week, having previously stayed at the Pathumwan Princess, we checked into this hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel is clean, the lobby is large and presentable. Colors are drab for my taste and I kept getting the feeling that this hotel looked and felt more like a convention space than a... More
