We had a really terrible stay at The Twin Towers and were not offered any apologies. This hotel is really struggling and to save itself charges you for every thing. The wifi is 300 baht a day, if you want a packet of instant coffee in you room its 50 baht, even the gym you have to pay an additional... More

It's a big hotel however the location is quite far from BTS as well as other landmarks. I have stayed there for 3 days before heading to Pataya. The pool is cool but sometimes it gets really crowded. Food are not really interesting since most of it is western food (I'd prefer local food).

We stayed one night in Twin Tower Hotel as we had to left the next morning for Phuket. Their service was excellent. We booked this hotel from Bangkok airport hotel reservations and the hotel cost us only $21 per night!!! The hotel is very near to MBK center too.

It was our first time in Thailand, we are family of five (40, 38, 16, 12, 6). Got two connecting rooms. Big comfortable rooms, service is a bit of a problem – as most of staff has very poor English. The location is 10 minutes’ walk from the SIAM center and the MBK shopping mall but I do not advise... More

The location of this hotel, far from a BTS or any other convenient transport, is the least of it's problems. The hotel caters to large coach loads of Chinese visitors (who like to leave as noisily as possible around 5a.m.) and has no interest in offering even a basic service to any other type of guest. here is a short... A number of issues which we need to alert other travellers of. The first was the annoying plumbing which kept us awake for most of the night with a variety of noises. Secondly the insects in the breakfast area were horrible, no covers on fruit or other items so unhygienic. The most serious problem was that a houseboy demanded 700... More

I booked this hotel because of the proximity to Hua Lamphong Railway Station. That's almost everything the hotel has to offer. Apart that, it is in the middle of nowhere. Had a room on the 16th floor with a nice view. Room itself was big but very old and in need of a good refurbishment. TV, Safe, but no minibar.... More
