We stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Bangkok. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the lobby is big and luxurious. Depending on which 'wing' you stay, the rooms are very spacious. The room we had was huge and even had a seperate writers desk and living area. The buffet breakfast was average, however this once again depends... more

A large breakfast buffet is available downstairs in the beautiful lobby. Rooms were spacious and clean. We ordered 1 hour Thai massages for $15USD or $20 USD with oil. I know you can get them cheaper, but we didn't want to go to a shady part of town to save a few dollars. Room service was reasonable - Club Sandwich... more

Not a very attractive building, and the location is not perfect (taxi or sky-train needed to get to most places) but the quality and service were far above our expectations. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, and good noise insulation - very quiet. Food ordered from service was delivered quickly and was reasonable quality - if not great value by Thailand standards,... more

Stayed for three nights, very nice hotel but in an ugly area. Big room, clean and very nice view from the 16th floor, good breakfast and pool. Bangkok is an ugly city if you take out the palace and the temples, shopping is cheap but traffic will make everyone's life a misery. more

This hotel is not as central as they make out.its not in the main tourist(mbk Paragon etc) area and to get to this its either a 25 min walk or a 5 min tuk tuk/taxi ride.so its not for you if you want it all on your door step.the hotel itself i thought was pretty good friendly staff clean etc.there... more

Don't use the internet at this hotel as it is overly expensive and beware of the local tour companies that operate from outside and will try to rip you off. For the price, this hotel was good. Clean rooms, clean pool area and sunbathing on 5th floor. Helpful people at hotel, and I found this as good as any UK... more

All I can say is this hotel is fantastic for the price. The foyer and reception area are beautiful, the staff are extremely helpful and efficient. The room size was enormous compared to some other hotels that I have stayed in. There were no problems with cleanliness, as it was spick and speck. My favourite part of this hotel was... more

I was recommended by a travel agent and stayed 2 nights at the end of a month in Thailand. I would not recommend the hotel. It is a 20 or so minute walk to the nearest Skytrain ie National Stadium despite the hotel describing itself as being in the middle of the shopping area, well it isn't. It is a... more

Although I think the previous negative comments about location and area are exaggerated, I do find it unreasonable to be charged a farang price. My farang price was 1,800 as opposed to the 1,400 Thai rate. Other than that, I might recommend the hotel to someone, as the hotel is within walking distance of MBK and BTS National Stadium. more

Two weeks ago my fiancé and I went to the Twin Towers Hotel in Bangkok as we were looking for a location for our wedding party next year. The first impression was not too bad and it seemed to be a nice location but we quickly realized that all that glitters is not gold. Contrary to all promises previously made... more
