The best thing about Grand President is the location. Located in the middle of Soi 11, you're a 5 min walk from the Nana BTS station and a 10 min walk to various malls like Terminal 21. There are numerous cabs plying both Soi 11 and Sukhumvit Road itself, so transport is not a problem. You're also smack in the... More

I requested for an early check in and i was granted. The room has a little kitchen with almost everything you need for cooking. It even has a washing machine!!The room was not new but it was well maintained and clean.... The cheapest rooms in this hotel are not very cosy. They have tiled floors, worn out cupboards, mould in the bathroom (that black stuff around the edges). It has a kitchen but its kind of unnecessary in Soi 11 where there are more eating places than you can count.

Dear Sir Thank you for writing a comment on tripadvisor and for staying at Grand President. As per your observation, we will inspect our bathrooms more thoroughly in Tower 3, which is indeed where our 3 star economy rooms are located. The kitchen set up is quite welcomed by many guest, especially long staying. With kind regards. Grand President Team More

They gave us rooms in two different buildings, couldn't go see my family without getting another key card as the lift won't go up otherwise, almost like a high security jail. Both nights someone called in 4 in the morning, no sleep. Staffs are very unfriendly, talks about guests in their own language with horrible gestures. Wifi signal too weak,... More

One of many stays in the Grand President, and it does not disappoint. A Junior Suite is great value if you book well in advance on the hotel's own website. These are very nicely furnished suites in the main tower - if a little dated. The main tower is just fine, though reports are that the other two towers are... More

Grand president is situated is at the very best place which is not so crowded but very lively sukhumvit 11. I stayed there for 6 months in their serviced apartment. The best thing you get here is smile from the room service people that too for free. Concierge guys are also supporting. Everyone became to me like a family. The... More

After having arriving from visit to Japan, and having booked at the Grand President (5 star), they accommodated in in Tower 3. Having paid what I paid, I was expecting a much better and speck room. The bathroom, bed linen and amenities was 3star. Breakfast was superb, common for all towers. If you are looking to staying at Soi 11,... More

I stayed there for 5 days. They gave us at tower 3 which was economy class. Rooms were quite clean but don't go with 4 or 5 star ratings. The good thing is communication was better as there is nana bts service, bus service, shops available. Breakfast was good but again need to be better. This hotel is quiet cheap... More

My partner and I decided to stay on Sukhumvit Soi 11 after staying in a nearby hotel last year (Le Fenix). We love this Soi as it has a range of bars, restaurants and an atmosphere that completely suited us. We decided to stay in the Grand President after reviewing and searching nearby accommodation and to stay somewhere different. The... More

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel was nice and the breakfast that came with the room was good. The pool was nice. The water machine didn't work. The area around the hotel was not the best but okay. The skytrain station was nearby 5 minute walk. There was a nice shopping center about 3 blocks away.
