We (6 adults) had the misfortune of walking into Cafe 11 at around 10:30 PM. We had actually planned to go to Limoncello, which is just across the street, but were too late. We asked the people at Cafe 11 if they were still open and if we could get a meal. They welcomed us and we sat down. We... more

The hotel itself is good and located on a convenient place. However one incident disappointed me. My online booking for Deluxe room was upgraded to Junior Suite on Tower-1 with city view, however on arrival (and to my sheer surprise) the reception was unwilling to offer me the suite and instead asked me to shift to a cheaper property elsewhere.... more

I have booked superior room for my 2 night stay. Soi 11 is very near to SKY Train Station "NANA" so very convenient to go any where. Just corner on the road there is very good indian restaurant "Bawarchi" . Breakfast was good. Staffs are pleasant. Large Refrigerator, micoroven and good kitchen in room. more

I stayed 4 days. The first room I got was nice but on the street. I was there to rest so I asked for another room. They gave me another one that was nice but the Indian family next wouldn't shut up. They would keep the door open, kids coming in and out and they would call each other screaming.... more

I have stayed at the Grand President many times, it is a tranquil haven in bustling Bangkok, within easy reach of Sukhumvit and transport links to other areas of the city. The staff are courteous, long suffering and extremely pleasant. I have watched over many visits to the staff being harangued by tourist for the simplest of things or when... more

recently stayed here for 6 nights and it made a perfect place to base our selves to explore Bangkok and its surrounds. Service was paramount here. we had not booked a room and simply rocked up and were shown a room which we were instantly happy with. The room was quite large by Asian hotel standards and included a kitchenette... more

In march and in june we booked the hotel for a couple of nights. In both occasions the service was very good. Last time we asked them via e-mail to organize a private swimming instructor. Within 2 days everything was arranged. We really appreciated that. more

Few words to mention this hotel, great location in the midlle of busy sukhumvit. Good value when you choose to have the suites. Best of all is the service, people there are constantly trying to please you. For any of your need, contact Khun Wanthana or Khun Sukanya, they will do at best to assist you. Food is good as... more
