Grand president is situated is at the very best place which is not so crowded but very lively sukhumvit 11. I stayed there for 6 months in their serviced apartment. The best thing you get here is smile from the room service people that too for free. Concierge guys are also supporting. Everyone became to me like a family. The... More

After having arriving from visit to Japan, and having booked at the Grand President (5 star), they accommodated in in Tower 3. Having paid what I paid, I was expecting a much better and speck room. The bathroom, bed linen and amenities was 3star. Breakfast was superb, common for all towers. If you are looking to staying at Soi 11,... More

I stayed there for 5 days. They gave us at tower 3 which was economy class. Rooms were quite clean but don't go with 4 or 5 star ratings. The good thing is communication was better as there is nana bts service, bus service, shops available. Breakfast was good but again need to be better. This hotel is quiet cheap... More

My partner and I decided to stay on Sukhumvit Soi 11 after staying in a nearby hotel last year (Le Fenix). We love this Soi as it has a range of bars, restaurants and an atmosphere that completely suited us. We decided to stay in the Grand President after reviewing and searching nearby accommodation and to stay somewhere different. The... More

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel was nice and the breakfast that came with the room was good. The pool was nice. The water machine didn't work. The area around the hotel was not the best but okay. The skytrain station was nearby 5 minute walk. There was a nice shopping center about 3 blocks away.

I stayed with my family in one of their suites in Tower 2. The hotel is in great location and commuting is very easy. I prefer staying at Soi 11 as there are variety of restaurants, super shops etc. Would love to go back again.

We were a group of 6 friends for a business trip we booked a standard room which was situated in tower 3 of the hotel which was across the road from the main buildings. The standard room was very very poor in condition and size so we went to the reception and requested for an upgrade which was taken care... More

What a disappointment - nothing is "Grand" here. We booked it online where the description and pictures promise so much more. The porter service upon arriving was not welcoming and they only seemed to do anything when you approached them. And then they constantly offered their service for city tours for their own good. The receptionist didn't explain anything, was... More

The lobby is fairly modern and new however the room was in serious need of modernising. Breakfast was also slightly strange with curry and potato wedges on the menu every morning. The location was good and very close to the train. Although there were nicer hotels on the street.
