My mother always told me "if you don't have something nice to say then don't bother saying it". Well I think she would approve of this review since I only have nice things to say about the Evergreen Laurel (well maybe a couple of small whinges!!). First thing to say is that we picked our rooms at a bargain rate... More

Having spent four nights here, I can attest the hotel is clean with good to very good staff. The egg man at breakfast always had a smile. Sweet. Only complaint is the wifi is sketchy, cutting out at random times and requiring sometimes multiple sign ins to reconnect. Now I understand that wifi isn't oxygen, but it is for people... More

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel given the bargain room rate. We booked it based on location, which was perfect near Silom tourist area. We thought hotel would be basic but actually quite luxurious, so we felt it was a real bargain.

Very well located hotel. Good facilities in the room. Swimming pool quite small and it loses the sun after about 2 pm. For the price £40/night for superior double without breakfast it is excellent value. Two eateries on ground floor. Free wifi in hotel. Would recommend.

This is great room rate for hotel good quality in the middle of the city. The location very perfect because near to BTS and MRT so can go everywhere around Bangkok very easy. The hotel is quite old but is clean and high quality.

This was the first and best of six hotels on a long OAT tour (19 days). It was clean, the staff very helpful and everything worked. The breakfast was decent. I was hoping the rest would be as nice, but that wasn't the case. There is really no "center" of Bangkok, just different areas - and this one was fine.... More

I am aware that I've reviewed the ELH twice in the years before. All I can add is that the ELH is as pleasant and accomodating as ever. Whether or business or pleasure, the ELH is the place one likes to be. This hotel is about the guest and his or her personal experience, not some anonymous more or less... More

For visitor that looking for a relax and convenient location to stay in Bangkok, the Evergreen Laurel Hotel is your very good choice. Located within walking distance to the Nongsi BTS Station and through the Convent Road where Saladaeng BTS Station is located, the visitor can reach anywhere within Bangkok from either directions. The size of the hotel and the... More

We have frequently stayed in Thailand and this rates as the best hotel and most reasonable we have found so far. It is well-situated but not noisy at all and close to Chong Nonsi BTS. The rooms feel like a London hotel with classy furnishings and quiet corridors whilst the breakfasts are a sumptuous feast of Thai foods and European... More
