The pool is only open until 6 pm, late in the evening is closed. fitness room is open longer. We had a room near the elevator and could hear the squeaking, (working elevator). There is a currency exchange, the course is not interesting. better to exchange money in the city. The room and the bathroom is ok. Close to Bayoke... More

We stayed her for 2 nights and thanked God we did! The hotel gives itself a 5 star rating when it's really worth 2 star! The room was dirty, the furniture was old! The TV in our room was so old that it didn't even work! Breakfast was crap! My brother in law wanted 2 eggs but was refused by... More

The rooms are not upto the mark. Even the bathroom fittings are old fashioned and does not work properly. Staff is not friendly. 1st they deposit some amount and when you check out they charged 500 or 1000bhatt for cleanliness by saying that your room is very dirty. The only plus point to stay in this hotel is that its... More

Our experience at Bangkok Palace Hotel started with the mess up in our reservation. Our agent had clearly booked for 3 double rooms but the hotel had only booked 1 double room so put the rest of us on twin sharing because according to them that was all that was available. When we spoke to the front desk and manager... More

This hotel has a very good location. It is near railway station, shopping malls such as Big C, Central World, Pratunam market, ... Along the small street (I can't remember the name) from the hotel to Rajaprarop Road where Central World is, there are some small local restaurants serving Thai's traditional food and drinks at good price and some street...
