too many chinies in lobby, not freindly receptionists, but if you wanna stay out of hotel all day long to visit the city it will be good and its also close to Big C mall, paladium ,platinium and world plaza. and you can also enjoy street shopping and night market.

one of the fine hotel in pratunam Bangkok. Nice food and friendly environment. Expect for some renovation sound for couple of hours on the afternoon. But that cant be avoided that time. Breakfast awesome. Surrounded by shopping paradise.

If there is a hotel that deserve a really nasty, bad review this is the one. Let me stay objective and give you a fact based review here. Overall: This hotel is a low cost stop for Asian tour operators, mostly from China and India. At all time, there would be a large crowd in the lobby to check in... More

1) Terrible staff attitude. No greeting. No smiling. No hospitality. The front desk officer waived his finger to me, simply indicating “Do not come to ask me anything, I am concentrating at my work!” 2) Poor service. We waited 45 minutes for check in at 11pm (non-peak hour). 3) Bed bugs at Room 3048 & Room 8037. I requested local... More

Stayed in Bangkok Palace Hotel for 2N with two friends. Hotel is looks like a huge palace, brilliant rooms. Room view was nice. Poor service. Staff was quite rude and kept on asking for tips shamelessly. No WiFi. Breakfast Provided was average. Also bit far from shopping area. Overall average hotel. Not recommended.

There are many tourist from China with tour agent staying in the hotel and check-in lobby is crowded and very noisy during peak hour. Same thing happen during breakfast time in the hotel... More
