We stayed at Bangkok palace hotel for 2 days. The hotel is located centrally and there is easy access to Indira Market and Indian restaurants.. The highest tower in Thailand, Baiyokee tower is at a walking distance to this hotel. The rooms on 3rd floor are refurbished. Breakfast has limited choices, but nevertheless good. Overall, the stay at this hotel... More

It's centrally Located & very good atmosphere closed to shopping mall. Breakfast is good but food variety is very less than expected. Main problem is WIFI, there should be Free WIFI service & Very difficult to communicate with family. WIFI rate is much higher.

The breakfast is poor and the dining room smells a little . The room is really dark, there is no light- the main light is broken, but we didn't ask them to fix it because we stayed there only one night and it's worth the money we spent. Anyway, Hope u can find hotels in a better location.

The hotel is huge, and it creates a "distant" feel. The room was big but standard, old style design. Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was relatively diverse. Wifi was NOT free, and costs extra money. Pool was empty from people.

We found the hotel okay, however they overchange you for an extra bed. The service wasn't very good. We had to remind them everyday to provide us with tea and coffee sachets. on one or two occasions, the corridor smelled like cigarettes. the view from our room was good.

The hotel as a whole was not bad, food (room service) excellent, friendly staffs, near to the malls..however every nook and corner smells like cigarette and the pool was really poorly maintained as well. And yes, Wi-fi too expensive.

I stayed at this hotel in april, the staff is very helpful and location is quite strategic. The atmosphere is quiet and fairly close to the shopping area. I definitely recommend this place and would go back again! a fine experience.
