The Bangkok Palace Hotel is a nice and reasonably priced older hotel, but has a huge swimming pool, gym, restaurant, night club and bakery all in the same building. The room could stand some modernization, but no complaints other than the walls and doors being a bit too thin. Air conditioning blew right on me as I slept and the... More

My son and I had an overnight stay here on 15th December and were most impressed. It has a fantastic central location in Bangkok, close to all the main sights. I really only saw the Reception area and our room as we were busy taking in the sights of Bangkok on my one day there and I left before breakfast... More

This place is filled with cockroaches, a travel agent recommended it and I took it and went against my better judgement after reading reviews, the staff are rude and not helpful at all, I did not understand if they were paying me or I was paying them. I have travelled a lot but this is my worst experience so far

The pool is only open until 6 pm, late in the evening is closed. fitness room is open longer. We had a room near the elevator and could hear the squeaking, (working elevator). There is a currency exchange, the course is not interesting. better to exchange money in the city. The room and the bathroom is ok. Close to Bayoke... More

We stayed her for 2 nights and thanked God we did! The hotel gives itself a 5 star rating when it's really worth 2 star! The room was dirty, the furniture was old! The TV in our room was so old that it didn't even work! Breakfast was crap! My brother in law wanted 2 eggs but was refused by... More

We were here on the Christmas Eve so there was a holiday atmosphere in the hotel: lots of lightings around, a big Christmas tree in a lobby etc. The lobby is of very impressive size and designed in such a way that there are a few cozy lounges where you can make yourself comfortable, have a cup of coffee, relax...
