The hotel as a whole was not bad, food (room service) excellent, friendly staffs, near to the malls..however every nook and corner smells like cigarette and the pool was really poorly maintained as well. And yes, Wi-fi too expensive.

I stayed at this hotel in april, the staff is very helpful and location is quite strategic. The atmosphere is quiet and fairly close to the shopping area. I definitely recommend this place and would go back again! a fine experience.

Do not use 'Oh I see' travel agent around the corner from the hotel. We were completely ripped off and lied to by the travel agents. They also use fake names and numbers for different tourists to cover their backs. Please don't make the same mistake we did as it could ruin your experience. Bangkok palace... definitely not a palace.... More

this place is quite comfortable a 3* property nearby ramada and just a 1km walking distance from indira square, everything of it is good. best is to choose roadside rooms that have windows. food is good, restro clean, pros is location, hotel ambiance, rooms, vicinity to shopping arcades cons they charge for extra visitor heavily

I stayed at this hotel for three days,in April,2014. It is a very cultured environment and management has provided excellent amenities. the service staff is very quick in responding to alerts, interior decoration is highly aesthetic, near to great shopping mall, Laborers' museum, are all very near. It is true that rooms are not much decorative. But I did not feel any... More

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is by no means 4 or 5 start standard. It's pretty basic and so is the service. I was directed to the concierge when I asked reception where the nearest metro station is as I wanted to go to the Lumphini Boxing Stadium. The concierge then tried to sell me a... More

The hotel has got a 4 Star rating ,but the room decor is not even worth of a 1 star hotel. The switch board, shower handle everything is too old. Moreover the staff couldn't find such a rude staff in thailand anywhere. Will never go back to this hotel and never recommend it.

It is just i do not know where to start from...Ok here it is...I would give hotel entrance 4 points out of 5 but apart from that everything is below 2 star deluxe class property. It does not look like very well organised hotel. Hotel staff, very rude. The House Keeping lady was the worst of all. They do not... More
