I stayed in this hotel in Jan'15 and found it so very strategically located that we could complete our shopping and sightseeing of Bangkok in typical 6-7 clear hours. Area nearby hotel is flooded by shopping malls, cheap flea markets, imitated goods etc. You step out of the hotel and your shopping starts, eventually BKK meant only shopping to us.... More

We made reservations for our special night in Bangkok with a travel agency, and we were told they only had 2 openings after 8pm. So we said, ok, we will be there at 8:15pm. They told us that would be fine. We got there at 8:20pm and by 8:50pm they were clearing the buffet! We told the hostess and she... More

Waste of money and time. Ruined my entire trip. Dirty rooms with stinky floors and stains on carpets. The bathrooms were pathetic. I was offered an upgrade to deluxe room which was less dirty than the previous one but I checked out earlier and went back to my old hotel. No free wifi in the room. Toiletries of poorest quality.... Ideal The stereotypical shopaholic darting from store to store to pick up anything and everything from Bangkok... Located in the major shopping districts. The view from the Skybar @84 floor is quite nice. Cons: The lifts from ground floor to hotel Lobby @18th floor is always crowded.

I got there 9am in the morning by airport sky link and they let me check in right away which is very nice of them. Like I said the room is big but dated. Still a good stay. I stay on the 22nd floor where you have 2 or 3 separate elevators that don't go all the way to the... More

After a long trip with some delay we finally arrived at the hotel at 04:00 AM looking for a fast check-in and a wel deserved sleep. Only to find ourselves in front of a small desk with no one in sight. . We waited about 10-15 minutes to see if anyone was coming but after a fast 30 minutes we... More

I stayed over at Baiyoke Sky on my first night in Bangkok. Access to the hotel is fairly easy from Phaya Thai station. Anyone would be able to point you to the hotel. You could walk along the railway lines coming from Phaya Thai station as well. Don't worry, the route looks more dangerous than it actually is. The receptionists... More

Baiyoke Sky Hotel – Bangkok Stayed Jan 24 2015 – 1 night Room 7206 I’m afraid I would not stay here again for the preverbal ‘big clock’. The horrendous introduction starts when you try to get to the lobby to check in. You have to take a lift from the ground floor to the 18th floor –Lobby. You literally have... More

I have stayed here before and thought I would give it another go. Booked onlne and did not get the room I booked, complained at the reception. VERY rude staff! They gave us a smokingroom that was half the size from the booking I made. So we had to wait for 6 hours before we got the right room. Wi-fu... More
