I had plans to stay a couple of days , paid for in advance, with no refund, going to the front desk i was immediately asked for my credit card so they could authorise a 3000 baht fee incase i used the mini bar, when i had already paid 12000 baht , so that started the stay off on a... More

In short, one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It is embarrassing to even mention that I choose this for the group in the first place. Location / Scenery - Excellent Rooms - Terrible (Extremely old and problem with some facilities) *Service - Terrible X 2 (Service is both way, to them it is only one way. There... More

This hotel is streets ahead of its sister operation that it overlooks. Interestingly the Lobby is on the 18th floor. Access to the viewing deck was from a separate lift near the street entrance and there was a continuous stream (busloads) of sky deck visitors coming and going day and night in the hotel entrance which at times got more... Our least favorite hotel in Thailand. I booked this hotel thinking it might be fun to stay in the giant tower on our last day in Thailand. Unfortunately this hotel didn't even come close to matching up to the high quality experience we received at other hotels. First of all we arrived at 10am. While it isn't uncommon for a... More

One of the best hotels to stay in the lively city of Bangkok. Shopping is nearby and you would just love the view from the top of the hotel. Would advise you go for the top most floor as that would give you the view of the entire city.

Firstly i must say the hotel is lovely and the reception staff were kind enough to upgrade me for my birthday check in for which i am so appreciative of, i thought what a great start and great service, however that quickly changed. The hotel is a maze which the staff themselves cant seem to cope in, i never felt... More

My friend and I booked a night at the Baiyoke Sky Hotel the night before heading back to the UK and Oz. Check in isn't until 2pm which I found to be very late. Free wifi in the lobby which was very fast! We booked a deluxe room and it was perfect, bath tub the lot! We wanted a bit... More

We choose this hotel mainly due to its elevation! We wanted to see the panoramic view of Bangkok and we thought that the best thing to do is to stay in the tallest structure and that's Baiyoke Sky Hotel! Truly indeed you can feast your eyes gazing the whole stretch of Bangkok while dining and staying in this mega structure.... More

The hotel is centrally located with lot of options of night market, variety of food at walking distance. 7 eleven is near too. Hotel is nicely maintained and its observatory and rotating rooftop is awesome. WiFi was not working and that was a disadvantage.
