Stayed twice on our trip to SE Asia with our 17yrs old son as Bangkok was our start and finish location. Rooms were large and luxurious and service was impeccable. Don't miss the buffet Breakfast, as good or better than any other anywhere (and packaged with unlimited internet in the room for 1400bht/day for the three of us, a great... more

I have been staying at the Erawan since it opened and have rarely been disappointed. It is particularly convenient now that it is near a Sky Train junction. more

Great hotel - we stayed on the club level and found the lounge staff to be tip-top. Have stayed in many Hyatts before, but this one tops them all. Lounge food and drink between 5.30 and 7.30pm the best selection we have ever seen in a Hyatt. Lounge staff very attentive. Pool lovely, tearoom, lounges - all public areas beautifully... more

Grand Hyatt Erawan is an excellent hotel in the best location in downtown Bangkok.Central World and Siam Paragon right beside the hotel, and BTS station just a quick 2 min away by walk.Stayed at the Grand Executive Suite, which is 120 m2 in size, and the room decor is really WOW.  I enjoyed the comfort of the bed as well... more

Great hotel centrally located in Bangkok The Grand Hyatt certainly lives up to it’s Grand name. The service is top notch as is the quality of rooms, staff are friendly and courteous at all times. We stayed in 2 rooms over 2 stays, firstly a grand twin, which was ideal for a family of 4. The room was well equiped... more

We stayed in Grand Hyatt for 3 nights and I have to say that this is a wonderful hotel to stay in. It's centrally located and the shopping malls (Central Plaza and Siam Paragon) are walking distance from the hotel. In the evening, some items from the night market are sold on the sidewalk. The MRT station is nearby. The... more

From the moment we checked in everything was perfect. The staff is so accommodating and gracious and so willing to help. We stayed there for 5 nights and loved the breakfast buffet. They had Kiwi juice and it was really yummy. This hotel is close to the sky train and a shopping mall is located right next to the hotel.... more

We stayed for 6 days at this hotel. It is very centrally located and there is a beautiful Erawan shrine next door that people travel for miles to visit. There is dancing at the shrine and you can also get a great view of the shrine from up on the skytrain walkway. Taxis are really reasonable as long as it... more

With the political violence & a soft economy, hotel occupancy in Bangkok is around 50% according the Hyatt's General Manager. It's probably why service was so exceptional on my two visits this month - there is a lot of competition for the few tourists and business travellers who are still going to Bangkok. Grand Club Lounge - staff were extremely... more
