I always stay here becasue the location is so good and easily navigable to shopping destinations. The hotel is starting to age a little bit and the rooms and bathrooms don't seen as grand as they used to . Staff are great and the spa and swimming pool are seriously nice. Next time I might stay somewhere else......but wouldn't complain... more

Simply very good, all according to the high Hyatt standard. Very nice rooms, good views, spacious and well equiped. Breakfast is very good so is the gym with all modern facilities. Location is good, central and close to 2 Skytrain stations. Very service friendly staff...almost too friendly...(I guess typical Thai) it will almost get annoying. Too bad they charge extra... more

Truly luxury Thai service, starting from the airport pick-up service and ending with the room-service. You & Mee restaurant is a very nice place to test a variety of Thai cuisine. Perfectly balanced brakfrast offer - asian and european as well. Panorama over the city from upper floors is amazing. Definitely a choice for next trip to Bangkok. more
