Stayed in room 722 on 16 Dec for 1 night, as part of the Bangkok & Pattaya tour package This room has no windows. Big hotel by the river, room size good. Hotel needs a good refurbishment to make it look grand, especially the carpets are very old, date and worn. The star rating needs to be revised down for... More

I would give good 3 stars for this hotel. Though the street in front is under construction of MRT rail but you could still have good routes to Grand Palace via river boat or short driving to visit Vimarnmek Royal Mansion. But if you prefer night life/shopping then it is quite far from BKK down town and you will spend... More

This is a hotel frequented by tour groups so be sure to go to breakfast early when there are less people. The breakfast buffet has many choices. However, eat somewhere else for lunch and dinner because the non-Thai dishes are expensive and bland. Unfortunately, the area does not have many restaurants. One has to ride a taxi to the nearest... I was booked in here by someone else; so I have no idea if it was value for money; but it would have had to be very cheap for it to be of value. I left after one night. The room was huge with a marvellous view of the river; but the carpet was smelly and sticky. The water was... More

Despite the negative review, I decided to book this hotel because i wanted to avoid my rude colleague who was staying in the nearby hotel where the seminar was held. Surprisingly this hotel was really nice. I booked the partial river view room but as soon as I entered, I found my room was facing the river with a balcony.... More

This place is missing a 4 star rating because.......they gave us the wrong room for two days, then gave us "almost" the correct room. I think this place is lovely and it is not in the main tourist areas, which to me is a plus. It takes a 30 minute walk or a taxi to get back to the hordes... More

On entering this is a most impressive hotel, with splendid river views. However, this is where the compliments end. Our room was very basic for the price, and the television was antiquated. The hotel wi-fi had to be purchased by the hour and this was not communicated in the advertising. Breakfast was plentiful but lacking in quality with similar hotels... More

Arrived by river - hotel was in a great location for us. Quick check-in - absolutely huge suite - spotless. We had a fantastic view of the river and city for miles - it was impressive during the day but the brightly lit city at night in the distance was amazing. Hotel interior was fine. We only had breakfasts here... More

I just spent two days on business in Bangkok, the Hotel was recommended by my business contact. The rooms are very basic and poorly furnished. My telephone did not work and was not repaired. It was very noisy, at all times of night and day. I had chosen the second dearest room a superior deluxe, as I had read the comments... More

Location was impeccable, Chao Phraya River is just out the door. Food was amazing! They have Halal and vegetarian option. Rooms were fine but what impressed me most is the staff. They all look you in the eye and ask for what you need. Definitely a hotspot!
