Had a buffet lunch here, where the restaurant overlooks the river. There was a wonderful selection of food, both European and Asian. The staff were all very polite and efficient, and despite the lack of language on both sides, one was made very welcome. Would recommend a visit for lunch

We dined at the hotel when they served their international buffet. The selection was excellent. The food was served hot, and replaced often. The wait staff was attentive, polite, and well dressed. The décor was modern and the restaurant was very clean and neat. We would recommend this establishment.

This hotel lies in a small street, with the building towering over the many small dilapidated homes that surround it. It's a bit of a walk onto the main road, where you will be able to find taxis. Breakfast is dismal with a selection of less than 6 dishes, fried egg, three choices of bread with either apricot or strawberry... More

I thought this hotel was very nice overlooking the river. The staff were friendly and had a driver available. I walked around tge neighborhood and ate traditional food from street vendors. A good location in Bangkok.

Stayed in room 722 on 16 Dec for 1 night, as part of the Bangkok & Pattaya tour package This room has no windows. Big hotel by the river, room size good. Hotel needs a good refurbishment to make it look grand, especially the carpets are very old, date and worn. The star rating needs to be revised down for... More

I would give good 3 stars for this hotel. Though the street in front is under construction of MRT rail but you could still have good routes to Grand Palace via river boat or short driving to visit Vimarnmek Royal Mansion. But if you prefer night life/shopping then it is quite far from BKK down town and you will spend... More

This is a hotel frequented by tour groups so be sure to go to breakfast early when there are less people. The breakfast buffet has many choices. However, eat somewhere else for lunch and dinner because the non-Thai dishes are expensive and bland. Unfortunately, the area does not have many restaurants. One has to ride a taxi to the nearest... I was booked in here by someone else; so I have no idea if it was value for money; but it would have had to be very cheap for it to be of value. I left after one night. The room was huge with a marvellous view of the river; but the carpet was smelly and sticky. The water was... More

Despite the negative review, I decided to book this hotel because i wanted to avoid my rude colleague who was staying in the nearby hotel where the seminar was held. Surprisingly this hotel was really nice. I booked the partial river view room but as soon as I entered, I found my room was facing the river with a balcony.... More

This place is missing a 4 star rating because.......they gave us the wrong room for two days, then gave us "almost" the correct room. I think this place is lovely and it is not in the main tourist areas, which to me is a plus. It takes a 30 minute walk or a taxi to get back to the hordes... More
