I had already stayed at this hotel once in 2003. At the time, the rooms (deluxe river view) looked great and I was pleased with my stay there... However, that was 11 years ago and the hotel was already a bit old-fashioned at the time... I now live in Thailand and decided to book a room in this hotel again... More

Short version: no wifi, didn't pick me up at airport as arranged, charged me 10 baht to use front desk phone for 1 minute local call. Long version: I came to Bangkok for surgery and planned to stay here almost 2 weeks. I only stayed one night and cancelled the remaining days. Nobody picked me up at the airport, as... More

We had two rooms (travelling on business) for 2 weeks. One room had no air conditioning, a door that did not close properly and then all the whistles and noise from the bars across the way and the commuter boat. The other room had no hot water in the shower in spite of a visit from a plumber. Then there... More

we stayed two separate times for about 5 days. first time we stayed in room with blacony, which is not really worth the view as it is just the main river in bangkok. all you see is the taxi boats and cargo boats. it also costs more to stay on the river side. room we stayed in was a smoking... I stayed in a river front deluxe room in march. Hotel rooms are nice, big and beautiful views from balcony but location is is far from city center..... what can be boring. Most guests here are groups from far east asia countries. Not recommended for english speaking travellers. English is hardly spoken here. A limited selection of TV channels. Breakfast... More

Had a buffet lunch here, where the restaurant overlooks the river. There was a wonderful selection of food, both European and Asian. The staff were all very polite and efficient, and despite the lack of language on both sides, one was made very welcome. Would recommend a visit for lunch

We dined at the hotel when they served their international buffet. The selection was excellent. The food was served hot, and replaced often. The wait staff was attentive, polite, and well dressed. The décor was modern and the restaurant was very clean and neat. We would recommend this establishment.

This hotel lies in a small street, with the building towering over the many small dilapidated homes that surround it. It's a bit of a walk onto the main road, where you will be able to find taxis. Breakfast is dismal with a selection of less than 6 dishes, fried egg, three choices of bread with either apricot or strawberry... More

I thought this hotel was very nice overlooking the river. The staff were friendly and had a driver available. I walked around tge neighborhood and ate traditional food from street vendors. A good location in Bangkok.
