I loved my room, i woke up to the lovely Bangkok city scape every morning. The lunch and breakfast spread was also very good. the deposit and full payment upfront policy was new to me though, my check in did not go very smoothly, the didn't accept debit cards. The hotel has a nice location with walking distance to shopping... More

Nice hotel for tourism at central location, big and clean rooms make your stay very pleasant even with family you will fit in easy. The spaces in the hotel are everywhere enormous: the entrance, the restaurant, the coffee A nice place to stay for some days browsing Bangkok

The hotel is in a great location, close to several malls and lots of restaurants. However, the hotel is very "tired". They are in the process of updating one of the towers. Hopefully, the rest of the hotel will follow soon. The Thai food in the main restaurant and room service left a lot to be desired and the continental... More

It is in the air, but not in reality, this hotel was once a luxurious hotel. It is still nice, but it is a feeling of "tired". It needs a thorough restoration. The rooms are spacious and the view is spectacular from the 23rd floor. The breakfast is varied, even for a stay of 6 nights, however, where is the... More

This is a hotel, where you feel it was once a 5 star hotel. It still has a touch of that, now when it is clearly older and probably needs some renovation. The rooms are spacious and very quiet, and the breakfast offers food that will accomodate every taste. The staff is friendly, but the english skills could be better.... More

The rooms are super clean and very spacious and the high floors are super quiet. Great location as well. Only thing I advice is spray your room for mosquito because sometimes they will feast on you. I was happy with everything about the hotel but what really made my stay even better is the support of the GM to my... More

I have stayed here many times. Its an older hotel and very grand in its appearance. I have always found the staff to be helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a grand style to match its name. It is very refreshing from the bland appearance of the main chain hotels. The rooms are dated but do have a certain... More

If you are looking for a good location, friendly staff value for money then you cannot go wrong to stay here. This hotel is quite old but they have refurbished most of the room. The bathrooms are still very dated and tired with a very old jacuzzi bath that has seen better days.
