Stayed here because I attended a conference held here, and was very happy with everything. I was in a Premium room (or whatever the rank above "standard" is) and it was very big, with king sized bed and a sitting area with a sofa, arm chairs and a desk. Free broadband internet (LAN connection), loads of closet/cupboard space, etc. The... More

A large, comfortable hotel situated next to a small park with very friendly staff but a little old fashioned in terms of decor. Brilliant and ample selection for breakfast that caters for all types of tourist tastes and dietary requirements, 2 lovely pools in different locations that mean if you wish to you can have sun or shade all day.... This hotel offers great value and an ideal base in Bangkok to explore the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired but they are big, comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel has some excellent facilities that are better than some more expensive hotels we have stayed in Bangkok. The best of these are... More

Fabulous Public areas but some bed rooms whilst perfectly adequate are now a tad dated or tired, especially the bathrooms. Stay in the 'Club' rooms - its worth it for the free bar and breakfasts in the superb 'Club room' left of the Foyer. (You also check in here, not at main Reception) All the staff we met, from Bell... The IQP is located on a side street off Sukhumvit Road, one of Bangkok's main thoroughfares. The street itself is lined with foot-massage parlours, bars and restaurants. Some of the bars seem to cater more for men, but in general I'd say the atmosphere is quite friendly and not too seedy. At first glance, the hotel and its grand entrance... More

The Queens Park Hotel is in a good location, close to the sky train and therefore within easy reach of all the main sights and shopping areas. The hotel itself is a little dated but comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice pool area and the Imperial Spa offers all the treatments to... More

Not the ideal area for sightseeing imo but an excellent hotel. Transport links are good but it took us an hour using the train & riverboat to get to the old city, a straight forward enough journey though. The hotel is on a side road with a handfull of places to eat, drink & have a massage, though the street... More

Have visited this hotel frequently as I am airline crew. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tires but non the less clean and large. Its quite a distance to Silom etc but there is a Skytrain station very close and also Taxis are easily available. Nice large pool area with attentive staff and plenty of... More

I have been to this hotel a couple of times and it has gone from bad to worse. Although it is supposed to be 4 or 5 stars it really only warrants 2. Yes it has grand chandeliers as you enter but thats where the imperialness ends. Bad service, dirty rooms, dorty restaurant for breakfast, damp smelling bedding and carpets... More

This is a large hotel catering mainly to Japanese tourists. Staff are not that friendly, cool and aloof for the most part, except for Housekeeping and Gym staff, who are excellent. We paid a premium price for a room in the Imperial Club Tower, which gets you a better room but at a high price. The other benefits of Club... More
