The Four Seasons Bangkok was for a longer time on our list of hotels we always wanted to stay and finally the chance came to do so. We used their offer of every third night free, so we stayed 6 nights and paid for 4. We had chosen an Executive Club Room. We took a taxi from the Banyan Tree... More

I believe Four Seasons Bangkok is an old luxury hotel because I found the room is a bit dated compared to those new modern hotels nowadays in Bangkok. Even it is old, generally it is still very comfortable inside the room and the service from most of the staff are really great. The location of Four Seasons is also convenient.... More

Staff are all very well trained. Hotel needs some renovation as it is very 80's in certain aspect. (The room door and the doors to the corridor, the sink, and room cabinets) Also the Pool area and the Spa need refurbishment. Breakfast is not to be missed.

Stayed at the four seasons over the weekend and found it to be a great hotel in a good location. Walking distance to Central World and Siam Paragon makes shopping a breeze. Rooms were spacious and well appointed as expected from the four seasons. Hotel has a grand feeling to it and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

its good for 1st timer, 2nd time, you will think hard before you book it again. Its has classical touch, however, it needs renovation, the hotel staff in all department need more language skills to satisfy an international traveler, be it front office or in room dinning or there dinner, its was astonishing to see that such a big chain... I booked this hotel through Booking.com and got a good rate. The rate does not include breakfast so I checked directly with the hotel. According to them, breakfast is charged at US$ 30 per person per day. What a rip off!!!!! I know the Four Seasons is a luxury hotel but charging 30 dollars a head for breakfast is a... More

My wife and I just spent 10 days at the 4 Seasons and we couldn't have been happier. The main thing to avoid in Bangkok is the traffic so this location is ideal. The service was excellent and always delivered with a smile, especially around the pool, where we "wasted" many happy, lazy hours. In our opinion, though, the crowning... More
