I booked my room more than 2 months before my arrival, but upon getting to hotel the receptionist told me that the room I booked was not available... I said " How it could be?" I told them I was going to cancel my booking right away, later an other staff requested me to wait as he would check for the... More

A friend recommended this place to me because it's so close to the Pier and Robinson's Mall. We ate at their food court a couple times. The room was large, the view was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Wifi worked fine and i loved their free mini-bar snacks easy day. It's very secure - key card necessary to enter... More

We stayed at Astera Sathorn for a night, 2 rooms before heading to Hua Hin on the next day. I chose this hotel because it is located nearby Asiatique, where you could get free boat shuttle at the nearest pier. The room is huge and spacious, comfortable big king size bed and quiet too. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning is not able... More

Older hotel, but nice-sized rooms. Furnishings, decor are a bit dated, but OK. A couple of things that were a bit odd: -Reception seemed be pretty chaotic -They promised "free" mini bar, but when I got to the room, there was nothing. There was a hot water thermos, coffee cups, saucers, and spoons, but no coffee, tea or anything! I... More

Don’t know why a tourist would stay here. Didn’t choose the hotel (stayed there to link up with a group with 2 stays, 3 nights before traveling and 2 nights after). Knew from the pricing that it would be a great hotel. +’s – quick elevator service (no waits), decent pool and sauna area. OK breakfast buffet. Nice to have... More

For travelers on a budget this is a great place. The staff are friendly, the pool is great, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was great too. Housekeeping was great as well. All this for a reasonable price. Good value for money.

Had an overnight stay here with my friend for my early birthday celebration. Overall, the hotel is nice. Very. Wifi was surprisingly fast, when I expected a slow connection according to the other reviews. Really close to Saphan Taksin BTS station and some stores all around which was convenient. We stayed in 320, quiet and had a good view of... More

I stayed there with my partner on Sep, 2014, the problem is that there was bad internet access in private hotel rooms and need to rectify on it. Others services were good. Staffs were polite and can communicate well. Rooms were clean and housekeeping service was satisfied. Hope to stay there again.

Breakfast was ok. Housekeepers/ Bellboy staff was so friendly. The hotel is good for budget, unfortunately when I checked in, they had some maintenance at the front desk, they transferred the reception to the fitness center, which is uncomfortable if you are going to use fitness area, alot of guests/staff watching you. There was leak at the sauna, alot of... More
