The Hotel is very high class with nice bedrooms etc but where they let themselves down is the restaurant prices which are way over the top especially for a Hotel that is 14km outside the City of Bangkok, an orange juice is 150bht, coffee (cup not mug) is 130bht and if you have a guest for breakfast they charge you... Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was a good location for a restful time, no beach and so on but was what Ihai curries. Hotel has shuttles running people to night markets and Malls as well. Pleasant stay.

Hotel is 15-20 mins away from the very noisy and busy city center, depending on the traffic of course. Situated over looking the Phraya river which runs through the city. The hotel has a grand feel and very bright and welcoming reception area. The food in the restruant is good, a little limited in choice. The staff are friendly although... More

Stayed here for one night each while going to and returning from Krabi. The Hotel was surprisingly beautiful and had a huge lobby with a beautiful thai lady playing traditional thai music and we recieved a refreshing welcome drink at the reception. Staff was professional and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean and have a beautiful riverside view. Do not... More

I attended a conference with 350 people who were easily accommodated in the hotel. During my week long stay there were three problems- it was very remote from all attractions, the food had no variety, and I had a water leak in my room that wet my clothes and contents of the safe. I tried to complain to three different... More

The hotel is old and musty and smells when you walk in the front door. Not a room has been updated since probably the '70's. We had a Deluxe Corner Club C which got us nothing except a decent view of the river and a mediocre breakfast in the morning in the café not on the club level. The bathtub... More

In a city with a profusion of competitively priced excellent hotels and renowned for it's ghastly traffic the big big plus for the RM is it's excellent free shuttle service to it's sister Hotel Montien downtown in the daytime as well as the evening service to Asiatique shopping/eating centre. We went there every evening. It was only 10 mins. and we... More

This is the second visit here, first in 2013, both times for a conference. Ideal venue for such a gathering with more than enough space for 400 plus delegates. Nothing basically wrong, looking a little tired in places, but it is nowhere near any attraction and nowhere to walk out to. Buffet style meals to serve the delegates, reasonable variety... More
