What a wonderful hotel. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable. We flew in from Phuket, where I had been bitten by sea lice. Turns out I'm allergic to sea lice bites. The staff at this hotel called a doctor for me, reassured me he was very nice. When the doctor had written up... More

We went on a deal for cocktails and food. On the whole it was just a weird experience. They played strange kitsch music whilst serving disgustingly sweet cocktails. The food was over priced and when it arrived it was obvious that it wasn't cooked from fresh. The only positive we found was the view of Bangkok which is the whole... More

We stay at Grand China hotel in 2 nights last June. This was the first time we chose to stay in China Town, and we are glad that the hotel was an ok choice. Staff is friendly. We booked a family suit with breakfast. The hotel is quite old, but it has been recently renovated, so the interiors are good.... More

This is a great location for shopping in Chinatown markets and I have been staying here for years . It is very disappointinf that they have spent a lot of money renovating the exterior and foyer BUT they have failed to renovate and update rooms . The breakfast / butter lunch and dinner room has not been renovated in many... More

I stay here quite often and it is one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. I was upgraded to a bigger room this trip. The room was large, had a huge walk in robe and a full size bath. Room was clean and I had no smell as a previous reviewer stated, Air con worked well and room was quiet.... More

Stayed here with my wife for a week exploring Bangkok. The hotel is located in the heart of Chinatown. We were in room 2004 on 20th floor. The view was outstanding. Our room was very basic with air condition, cleaned daily. There is a small pool on the roof - great to cool off. Very good breakfasts with Chinese and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Bangkok. Room was lovely and spacious with lovely views of the city and Chao Phraya River. Was great at night when all the city was lit up and the boats cruising along the river. You are right in the heart of China town so there is plenty of shopping and... More

Stayed here with my wife during our stay in Bangkok as part of our trip around Thailand. The hotel is conveniently located in China town, being close to the busy street markets and river boat. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with the our room being a good size, although we did feel it smelt of stale cigarettes dispite... More
