I stay here quite often and it is one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. I was upgraded to a bigger room this trip. The room was large, had a huge walk in robe and a full size bath. Room was clean and I had no smell as a previous reviewer stated, Air con worked well and room was quiet.... More

Stayed here with my wife for a week exploring Bangkok. The hotel is located in the heart of Chinatown. We were in room 2004 on 20th floor. The view was outstanding. Our room was very basic with air condition, cleaned daily. There is a small pool on the roof - great to cool off. Very good breakfasts with Chinese and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Bangkok. Room was lovely and spacious with lovely views of the city and Chao Phraya River. Was great at night when all the city was lit up and the boats cruising along the river. You are right in the heart of China town so there is plenty of shopping and... More

Stayed here with my wife during our stay in Bangkok as part of our trip around Thailand. The hotel is conveniently located in China town, being close to the busy street markets and river boat. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with the our room being a good size, although we did feel it smelt of stale cigarettes dispite... More

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel many times but thought it had gone downhill a little. We were pleasantly surprised this year to find that the rooms in the hotel have been completely refurbished. Also the lobby area has had a major refit and there is a Starbucks coffee shop situated there. There is also free wifi... More

Really nice room to start our travels, had a great shower and the view was worth staying for alone. The restaurant spins very slowly which can be a bit odd coupled with jet lag but had a beautiful view as well. Really helpful staff!

The hotel is not bad, location average. My credit card was double charged luckily I received sms's. Queried it with desk clerk where the manager was called who made me out as lying. After a two hour fight the bank was called who confirmed it. Only then a reversal was done. Double charges mini bar items. Dead insects in room... More
