Our recently renovated room was a bit on the small side but quite comfortable. Finishes were quite nice, particularly the bathroom, which had a window looking into the room (with a blind you could close for privacy. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The price we got was quite reasonable, we thought. Also attached to a fairly large... more

This hotel is a newly refurbished hotel, but not new like VIE or Pullman. As a 4 star hotel, it is excellent, but as a 5 star, the ambience and charm is just not good enough. The management has tried hard to reach higher standards, but there are some loose ends. I expected abit more, given the pricing. Upon arrival,... more

My wife and I stayed for 8 days in this hotel and we could not fault any part of our stay, we were offered a nice fresh pineapple juice whilst checking in, everything went smoothly, our room wasn't available until 10am but we already knew we would have time to fill in as we arrived at 7.30am after flying overnight.... more

Beautiful Hotel, Good Ambience, Customer Handling Excellent . The Hotel is affordable, Rooms are decent but need some minor repairs which i believe is presently going on to improve the decor . Guest handling is with a smile and a welcome drink . You are escorted to your room and given a briefing of the amenities . Request them for... more

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. The service, food, location are next to none, We were unfortunate to get an unrenovated room but it was still fine, All the common areas in the hotel were magnificant. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the big plus was the pool. There was nothing better then after... more

This hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city. In fact, this hotel shares a common wall with one of the biggest malls, MBK mall in Bangkok. The hotel itself gives a pleasing look, and the smooth ckeck-in reinforces it. The room was good size with a big bathroom. Exceptional value for what you pay. We didnt each... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pathumwan Princess in May 2009 for one night and will definitely return if we are ever in Bangkok again. It is not the cheapest accommodation but well worth the money for what you get. The hotel is currently being refurbished (something they were very clear about when we booked) and we were given... more

Our group of 30 stayed at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel for 6 nights over Easter. The hotel is clean, friendly and good value. The hotel is located next to the MBK Building (the hotel has one of it's entrances straight into the shopping centre). I have stayed in a lot of hotels all around the world. I could not fault... more

My wife and I were with a group of 31 people from Sydney. We had not stayed at the Princess before but if going back to Bangkok we will stay there again. With all the good things that we said about the hotel we found one problem and all the group agreed.Getting in and out of the pool for large or... more
