Be careful of the Dusit Thani's new promotion which offersa "superior" room for Baht 2500 per night. The rooms on offer can only be described as "inferior" meaning tatty and in need of serious refurbishment. So, in order to "upgrade" to a decent room, you are charged another Baht 500 plus 50 tax. Priority treatment from beginning to end. Excellent room. On site facilities faultless. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. Mercedes Limousine service to and from the airport well worth the cost. All tours bookable within the hotel. Sky train and metro right outside.
