We were placed here because the neighbouring evergreen hotel lost electricity. The entrance foyer resembles an airport departure lounge with shops. Our room was ok, clean and comfortable definitely not luxurious. This description on the hotel website does not match reality. We overlooked a car park. If shopping is your thing then a good location otherwise.. There are no restaurants... More

This hotel is worth staying. I shopped around for a one night stay and rate is great for the area. Next to the sky train and a station from the airport link (or you can walk if you just have light stuff to carry. Breakfast bar is great and the hotel receptionists were efficient and pleasant to talk to.

Very big hotel with two pools to choose from and many places to eat inside the hotel. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. No wi fi to talk about and phone reception is poor. A short walk over the bridge and your at the mbk shopping center .. Book the hotel on line as its double the... More

Greeted nicely , Was given a room with not much view but upon asking the next day was transferred to another room with a view. Great Buffet breakfast and a step away from the skytrain and MBK shopping centre. Older rooms but still adequate. Has gym and 2 swimming pools

Very nice hotel, friendly English speaking staff, convenient to bts and other downtown locations. Room was good and restaurant food was good and fairly priced. Iam a fitness guy,so the free gym was a big plus, good equipment and very clean. Only thing that prevents it from getting 5 stars is no free wifi, which was a hassle , but... More

This is not bad hotel, it provides all the necessary stuff for you to stay there, but just make sure the wifi, some rooms are not free for it; if you want to see the lady boy show, this is one of the show place to go. The location is in CBD close to the sky train, very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and thought it was excellent! The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The only downside was no free wifi but that was hardly a deal breaker. Excellent location with direct access to Ratchathewi sky train station from the second floor and a ten minute walk to MBK... We stayed here three times as part of a group tour on our way to Bhutan and Cambodia. The strange thing about this hotel is that each time we booked, we also paid for breakfast on a promotion offered on their website. Each time the staff at check in said the promotion had ended and they no longer offered it.... More

This is a good hotel for a few days stop in Bangkok. It is directly connected at level 2 to the BTS, and in walking distance to the MBK. The room is OK. Nothing fancy. Comfy enough with all the standard amenities. Swimming pool is also good for a swim. Overall this is a good stop near Siam...but do not... More

Visited hotel to stay 2 nights. Good location horrible hotel (used to be good).. apparently management does not care about it anymore. sewage smell in lobby.. receptionists are not friendly. Rooms dirty bathroom full of rotten. Needs to be renovated badly. . Staff need customer service training and motivated. .
