Disliked the waiting to check in and out, but it was expedited by the Reception/Guest Relations supervisor? - Not really sure what her name and title was, but she spoke excellent Japanese and was always genuinely pleased to be of assistance. Although the general standard of the hotel was quite good, but I found it to be overpriced in comparison to other hotels in Bangkok. Many services and food/beverages cost much more here than at other hotels in the same area. more

Very nice hotel. Ideally positioned and is close to the BTS. Close to major shopping malls and eateries. Although we only stayed here for a couple of nights, it looked like an ideal business hotel for business travelers. more

I stayed at this property for two nights, rooms pretty cramped, but modern...rooms have a big LCD...the bathrooms are small as well. The checkin was smooth and so was the checkout. we left a luggage piece to be collected on our return back to bangkok, and it was all safe.
