Stayed in Bangkok before but preferred the location of this hotel as it sits just off busy Sukhumvit Rd and is just 1 block from the skytrain (Nana station). The hotel has 2 wings and we were lucky to be allocated and room upgraded to the new wing. We overlooked Sukhumvit Rd but were on the 21st floor so high... More

Thank you for this additional positive review as well as for all the tips provided about how to get around being based at Sukhumvit Soi 5. Indeed, the Chatuchak week-end market is at the end of the same sky train line as where we are located (Sukhumvit Line). We are also happy that our Tour Desk was able to further... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights as a stop over in Bangkok in January 2012 before going on to Koh Samui. We took a taxi from the airport; the fare was about 400 baht. When we arrived in reception (somewhat jaded after a 14 hour flight and a terrifying taxi ride) we waited patiently for... More

Thank you very much for your positive feedback and for recommending the hotel. We have noted your comment about the waiting time at the front desk and your appreciation of the friendliness of the colleague who welcomed you has surely been passed on to the team. More

We stayed here for three nights, it was perfect for what we needed. After reading some of the reviews i was a bit worried but when i got there i was more then happy. You have to be a real snob not to like this hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location next to the sky train, it is... More

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, which we thought was long enough to be in Bangkok as the pollution and fast pace of life were rather draining and we were glad to escape to the quieter Chiang Mai. Although the hotel was in a noisy area we slept well as we were on the 8th floor. The room was... More

Thank you for your review and for selecting the Amari Boulevard. We are glad you had a pleasant stay and appreciate your comments about the team. Indeed not only are we close to the sky train, but the Asoke underground station is only one station away. For those wishing to enjoy a more extensive breakfast buffet, the supplement proposed on-line... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are actually located between Soi 5 and Soi 7, with entrance on Soi 5 opposite the Foodland 24 hours supermarket which just re-opened. We are happy to read that you had a pleasant stay. More

I think we stayed at Amari Boulevard about 4-5 years ago and not since and not sure if we will stay again. As most reviewers have mentioned, their are plenty of good quality of hotels that are cleaner, friendlier and as well located. Here are the Pros: 1. Central Location: 2 Mins to Nana Sky Train and about 10-15 mins... More

Thank you for your balanced review. We have duly noted your comments about the reception which has been adressed. For your information a progressive upgrade of the property is planned to start with the Television sets within this year. More

spent 4 nights in December. Had taken the Deluxe corner room. Its a very old property with very average amenities. Old mid 80s type 21' tv, not even basic amenities like a toothbrush in the washroom. Bathroom tiles broken, commode flush not working. As a tourist location is nice, adjoining the Sukhumvit night market and sky train station few metres... More

We started our 2 week holiday with 2 nights at the Amarillo Boulevard, and unfortunately it was a disappointing beginning. From having been told about the quality and value of hotels in Thailand, I was expecting good things. After a very long flight from UK, we were first made to wait half an hour for our room to be ready, surprising... More

We were upgraded to this hotel by our first choice as our first choice experienced a water problem. Being familiar with the city, and this being a family excursion, I was not happy about the change. The Amari is a nice hotel and the staff were very helpful and nice. The problem is it's location. Soi 5 is now run-down... More
