Went to stay for a week at Chateau de Bangkok. The staff are very polite, friendly and quick to please. The room was fantastic - great view, spacious, clean and hot water with even comes with jets in the bathtub! Location is in the heart of the city area where I could literally walk to my office in 5 minutes.... more

We stayed here on the advise of a friend not on TA reviews(as they are very mixed). We were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was very spacious,it was a one bedroomed suite.Massive living room, large bedroom, huge bath with a Jacuzzi.People should realise it is a residential apartment and not just a hotel and the service reflects this sometimes. One benefit is... more

This place was nice. The studio room was surprisingly spacious, with a separate walk-in wardrobe and huge bath. The staff were extremely friendly and greeted me with a drink when I arrived. The hotel is in a quiet location, just a few minutes walk to the Skytrain. I would also recommend a quiet pre-dinner drink in their new roof top... more

The hotel is up a smelly side street, but an interesting one to walk up. Very convenient for the skytrain and relatively well positioned to go exporing by foot as well. Rooms were a little tired, but had all the comforts you wanted and little bit more. No mini bar, but a store over the road. Internet good. Comfy bed! more

Upon arrival at the hotel. We realized that the room was located at the 14th floor at the business centre. a bit odd and new to us. Check in procedure was extremely slow and the intern was giving a lot of unhappy expression. The room however was awesome and great. We asked for an iron. They did not knock to... more

Great spot. 5 m walk to BT Skytrain - Phloein Chit stop. 15 m walk to Sukuhmvit, Nana Entertainment centre, etc. 10 m taxi to nite markets. Great accommodation. One bedroom apartment - quite luxurious. Big as room, huge bath, big TV, kitchenette, for $100 US. Ate breakfast their daily - ok, its cheaper to eat out, but the brekky... more

Stayed at the hotel for my first visit to Bangkok. The hotel was wonderful, the bed comfortable, the shower/tub with jets was fantastic after all those hours on the plane and the price was right. The staff was fantastic and it was just a short walk to shopping on the main street Sukhumvit around soi 1 and the train. Just... more

I used the Chateau de BKK frequently as a place to relax for a few days. However, over the past months the establishment has certainly started a downhill slide with regard to management and service. The manager seems to make every effort to stay out of guests' way. Reception, apart from a few exceptions, speak very poor English and usually... more

I have stayed at the Chateau many times but as time has gone on it is begining to show its age. Staff very friendly sadly not quite up to speed on the front desk. Why have a limo service and no driver because he has gone to see his mother up country and they didnot know any other limo services.... more

This is a letter that was written to Accor Guest Relations. We never received any reply. We are frequent guests at The Chateua De Bangkok. We have been staying there for the last couple of years 3 or 4 days per month. The most recent trip was a disaster. We were there last week, Thursday to Sunday. On Friday evening... more
