Stayed in this hotel for 1 night with hubby on our way to Southern Thailand. Made us feel very welcome, hassle free check in, slightly far from Airport but for the good service, great choice of buffet breakfast and the proximity to various shopping centre and nightlife, it is worth it. We spent 9 nights at the Novotel Lotus hotel, very beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Location was great, just outside the city, close to the monorail for easy travelling.
