Novotel was very well located in Siam Square Bangkok. Hotel's staffs are ALL very courteous from Doormen to Manager. It is very convenient for shopping, dining and very near BTS. WIFI has improved at lot, with fast speed.

Returned to stay for the 3rd time and at the FO, staff were polite. I asked for a high room and the request was duly honoured as I was allocated to the 17th floor. I do note that rooms are now smaller since refurbishment and not as luxurious as the previous stay. The lobby looked dated and a tad tired.... More

It was great experience to stay in this hotel . I love the Food and service of Novotel Hotel. Family and business style kind of hotel. Very nice rooms - clean and well kept, and at a high level. Location is really good - a minute walk from the sky-train, and about 20-25 minutes walk from all the big malls... More

We stayed few days at the Novotel for family trip. The FO staff it's very helpful and friendly (Khun Pam) was very kind. The hotel it's quite old but well maintained, the rooms are quite large and comfy. You can find the basic amenities set-up at the room, the extra ones can be ordered calling 888. The only but was... I went to Novotel JUST FOR DRINKING beer with my girlfriend and her brother. We ordered a beer tower which was 1920 bhat, little pricey, but ok we're in a nice location. I didn't believe it was singha in the tower, so ordered another pint. They both tasted very different, so I ordered another singha and we were back to... More

Just a 2 minute walk from the Siam Skytrain Station and Siam Paragon lies this old and tired hotel. The room that I stayed in had missing marble tiles in the toilet which were replaced by a painted blue wall. The toilet fixtures were worn out and the WC did not flush well. If you are not planning to stay... More

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. We were not impressed at all. Bored unhelpful staff, dirty rooms - a used curled up Band Aid (for everyone to see) on the floor of the bathroom, dust on the furniture and hand smudges on glass surfaces. You get this and lots more - not! for a premium price. Save yourself the... More
