We stayed here one night while transiting from southern thailand to our international flight. Reasonable price considering it included breakfast and free shuttle from airport and back. This place is just good for transit as there is nothing around here. My booking included free wifi which worked fine, free breakfast which was ok, free shuttle which was good and finally... More

it will be good place for Transit passengers from Suvarnbhum. Free Shuttle is blessing. But in my case I couldn't find the hotel representative for first one hour. All the hotel reps will be holding a sign board but Phoenix Rep will not have any sign board. So this free shuttle will cost your time. Rest everything is fine. Clean... More

We stayed at the hotel overnight on the way to Vietnam. It was basic but great value and just what we were looking for. Breakfast was included aswell in the price. The hotel has a cafe/restaurant which does delicious food. Rooms were middle of the road, fairly basic but clean and comfortable bed, also had tea and coffee making facilities,... More

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. We arrived at 4 am in the morning and did not want to deal with transportation in a foreign city. Finding the hotel representative in the airport was easy and we were quickly taken to the hotel. Check in was quick and painless. I... More

This place is clean and nice. A bit outdated here and there,, but you can't complain for this price. Shuttles to the airport run every hour and are free. A 7 Eleven is around the corner. WiFi is free. You can't complain here.

This place is literally 5-8 minutes from BKK Airport. The rooms are pensione style with hard but clean beds. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Also there is a free hourly shuttle to BKK! The water pressure is a bit low but who cares...it's a place to crash near BKK before you move on.

We stayed here for 1 night as we had early flights in the morning. We got the family suite room (as there were 3 of us). Which we paid about £41 for. The room was very big and clean, with 1 king size bed and 2 large twin beds. Bathroom had walk in shower and large bath. We also had... More

Only stay here if you're looking for convenience to get to the airport. They have a free shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are what you pay for - comfortable but nothing beyond that. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant in this hotel is surprising really great! I wouldn't spend several nights here unless you need the convenient... More

Perfect place to stay for a quick layover in Bangkok. They had airport pick up and drop off and rooms that were really clean. They even had a cover on the comforter that gets washed with every guest. We also found tasty food carts within a 5 minute walk to be able to taste a little authentic Thailand. It is... More

Stayed at the Phoenix as an overnight stopover. The hotel is 15 mins from the airport, they have a shuttle and are experienced in running back and forward. The staff are nice, the breakfast was limited but not too bad and the rooms.....well you get what you pay for. It was ok for the night but very tired, and few... More
