I picked this hotel for last night in Bangkok. I wanted to be close to the Airport and they also had a free shuttle. I found the hotel very basic and my room was very clean and newly repaired. Some noice from the planes landing at the Airport. Aircondition was great. My big disapointment was no elevator!!! Travelling alone with... More

So I look here and there at the arrival hall on the 2nd fl. exit no. 4 (inside the hall) for about more than 20 minutes but could find him/her! So I must call to the hotel using my mobile phone and it cost me about 100 bath! The receptionist girl has bad english and i must repeat few times.... More

We had to wait for 20 mins in the airport for the transfer. The room was not clean, especially the floor and the bathroom. The shower is old, the drain dirty (full of hair). The water had the smell of mould. There is no desk and chair for the laptop. The mattress and pillow are very good. Not sound proof.... More

We stayed here one night on the 1st floor and it was clean but was a bit noisy and basic. The noise was mainly from people just coming and going who weren't trying to be loud but because of their doors and floors it woke us up when people came and went. We also got rushed in the morning to... More

We can't fault this place. We were picked up from the airport then dropped back the next morning(very early),free of charge! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The restaurant attached is good, but we explored the local area during our 1 night there.Turn left out of the hotel, then right, walk over the bridge and there's a beautiful... This property is not the Taj Mahal, but there are many pluses. We would stay here again. First, the staff is very helpful in setting up the stay. Second, arrived in Bangkok from Hanoi late. The shuttle service took us to the Phoenix and returned us for our flight out the next morning. Third, can't beat the price. Very reasonable.

High-quality budget hotel with high quality service, excellent restaurant. Near the hotel is located (500 meters) Buddhist temple, the river. The opportunity to use the shuttle bus to the airport and from the airport through the use of light rail possible to get to historical sites multimillion Bangkok.

Firstly I'd like to say that the staff in Phoenix was very nice and helpful. Having a free transfer to the airport was also a plus. The room itself was a noisy, moldy, smelly hole with old furniture, empty fridge and outdated air con. The location is awful. The train station is 15 min away -on foot and you can easily... More

The hotel located near airport and provides free round trip shuttle. So convenient. Also good price and friendly staff. Definitely recommend to stay here for 1-2 nights. Also you can have a snack at the hotels cafe. In a nutshell - good hotel for the fair price.

The Phoenix Hotel has been our oasis in the crazy city that is Bangkok. As it is a bit far away from the typical tourist activities it was originally just our first night. We arrived at 11pm and were thankful that they provided a shuttle service and breakfast. We checked out the next day and used their free shuttle service... More
