We probably had the worst room you could get, no windows, first room at top of main stairs and therefore on main corridor. So noisy at night. However, for those who want to be near khaosan road for the entertainment and atmosphere, the location of this place is ideal. It's basic, double bed, towels and bathroom. More or less clean... Good location near kao san Room was small without window but for one or two no problem No water, hard to find the location in a big building Clean The wifi was poor, reception was pretty good, very noisy during the night ( stairs) but you're in kao san Cheap and practical

We booked this as it was a short stay after Krabi, and before a long flight to Europe. Reviews made me second guess the place, but I am glad we stuck it out. The rooms are super cheap! AUD$20 a night for a double. Don't expect 5 star, but for what you pay, the place is great! Clean spacious rooms.... More

The staff were great (I mention this as they seem to have quite a bad reputation on TripAdvisor!) We were tired after long day travelling and stupidly couldn't switch light on properly and the girl at reception ran up the 3 flights of stairs to help us! Rooms were cheap for this area, bathroom was decent, bed was fine but... More

Room was ok, air con, tv ( although we didn't use it). Staff was ok as well. Location is excellent, walking distance from most of the temples, right in the center of the party zone, and you can take the bus 44 ( i guess) that takes you straight to the chak chuck market( spelling probably wrong, but you got... I spent a few nights at Lucky House this past December (2014) There are definitely cheaper options for dorms and rooms in the Koa San area, but in this place you can get a single/double room, that is spacious, with an attached bathroom and semi-working TV. It is true that decor wise it is a bit 'depressing'. Its located a... More

If you're looking for a budget room for the night, in the Kao San area, and don't care much about the service you're given, then this is the place for you. However, this is all I thought I wanted, but I will not return there for the following reasons: Upon arriving at the hotel, the room I was initially allocated... More

I stayed there couple days ago. I supposed to stay there for 2 night but I prefer to move to better GH. Checked in the midnight after flight from Phuket, the reception with silly answer said that booking.com cancelled my booking. I ask did you charge any amount from my credit card? She said no, we dont charge anything, with... More

The rooms were basic but clean. We were close enough to the busy streets so we could easily go out at night but just far enough away so it wasn't too loud if we wanted an early night. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the staff were helpful. As it is a good price too we are... More

If you don't want to spend much and stay near khao san rd. than this hotel is perfect. Clean room and friendly staff in good location. We had a room to the back which was absolutly quiet. The bed is comfortable and the aircon worked well. Very quick check in/out. I defenetly recommend this place.
