We were very impressed with the hotel. Room was good hotel was great breakfast was the highlight. Staff was also good. Will without doubt stay here again for my next bangkok visit. Only negative thing is the hotel is far from bts but they have their hotel tuk tuk to drop you there.

We stayed in the studio room for 2 nights. Very spacious with separated kitchen/dining, living/study and bedroom areas. Bathroom was clean and modern with strong shower and a bath too. I slept so well, the hotel was quiet and I couldn't hear any noise from traffic or other guests. The bed was big and comfortable too. I would recommend this... More

Great hotel great staff great food great rooms great pool great massage service. I will be returning here on my next trip. Oh great tuk tuk service too. So no need to worry about little distance to main road.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite and the room was exceedingly spacious. Wi-fi for up to 5 devices and a decent speed too. There was a problem trying to get the lights on as with many hotels it's a game trying to future out which light switch is for which light. There was no bell boy to show us... More

Another fantastic experience in this hotel. The staff, facilities and room were once again impeccable. I can genuinely say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in when visiting Bangkok. The management team provided me with everything I needed for my trip, from airport transfers, complimentary late check out and an excellent concierge service for all my... More

We stayed here for about 5 nights and generally it was a good stay. Our comments are as follows: Location: This aparthotel is somewhere in between Asok and Nana. It was quite difficult to find and is quite far in from the main road. There are some restaurants around, a couple of 7-11 outlets, plenty of massage and nail parlours.... More

Stayed for 2 nights at end of March. Was checked in by a Mr Goody who spoke excellent English. Room was immaculate, nicely decorated with quality linen on a comfortable bed and everything in good working order. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of foods. All staff very polite, helpful and well trained. Peaceful oasis in a bustling city.... More

I stayed at the In Residence Bangkok Sukhumvit for 3 nights at the end of a month long trip through Asia. I thought I'd treat myself to a nicer hotel, and that I certainly did! The staff are exemplary, and ooze friendliness. They all speak English very well. They have a travel tour desk right in the hotel which made... More

I was amazed by the proffessionalism of the stuff in all the hotel. Especially both reception managers on duty. There vere some trubles with our reservation and the way they handled it was expcellent...The breakfast is real five star breakfast, the rooms are renovated, clean and large. The pool area is also nice (again very pleasant stuff makes you feel... More

Although we found it a little difficult to find the first time down soi 13, once we found it we loved it. Soi 13 is a quieter soi near the busy Soi 11 and it provides an oasis from the noise and sights of the area. It is far enough away from the Main Street and still within an easy... More
