We both work in accommodation industry therefore we know how important and easy is to welcome a guest with a smile! We did not feel welcomed here at all, place looked dirty as well. The only good thing was that we got a better room than we had booked because they had plenty of rooms I guess. The restaurant in... More

We stayed here for our last night in Asia. The place is shabby, the staff very unfriendly mad the room lower than standard. It was the end of a backpacking trip so we've seen both this and that.... But this stay is non recommendable! The street was really cozy though and had a lot of other cheap hostels as another... More

In general there's is nothing really disturbing and it's alright to stay for one night or two. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to stay longer, but it's alright for a short term stay. Very nice location near khaosan road but still quite. A lot of cheap food around. Staff is pretty unfriendly and we didn't feel welcome at... More

Stayed here last summer and thought , you know what , I'm going to do a bloody review for the bloody hell of it! We arrived and some clown told us that we were allowed to stay , so we thought GET IN THERE! Made our way up to the room , and to our surprise it was the most... More

the staff at check-in was rude. He couldn't find my reservation and telling me he doesn't have it... when we spoke of mistake with system, he became quiet aggressive. I asked him, if there is no reservation found, can we get the room and he said no. Finally he found the reservation, otherwise we would have to look for another... More

We stayed here a few times in the last 8 years and were never really impressed with the place, but had to come when everything else was fully booked. The mattresses are those plastic covered ones that make you sweat and itch all night long. The rooms and bathrooms are grubby, best not to look. The staff are usually moody... More

A balcony room for about B500 a night - clean sheets, TV, air. What's not to like? I agree, a bit basic, but this is Bangkok! 5 mins walk to Koh San, & some fab street food vendors. We have stayed here a number of times, and yes, there are better/tidier/smarter place on Rambuttri, but this is a great place... More

Good location, this part of Rambuttri is my favourite if I stay in the Khao San area. Dont expect too much from the rooms for this price. Good if you use your rooms as you should: only for sleeping. Reception staff is nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant is OK, but service can be problematic as the orders... More

We usually stay at Rambuttri Village round the corner but because we arrived on saturday afternoon it was fully booked up. So this was sort of the last resort. Glad was only just for one night. The room was basic and run down. But we just needed a bed and a shower for one night. We wanted to book a... More
