Stayed in this hotel for 3 months. From the doorman to the owner, Sabai Sathorn did not fail to provide the basics but also made sure that you will feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to extended stay travelers who would want to enjoy the comforts of a home

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Sabai Sathorn for a week long stay . It has been 2 years since we stayed here but nothing much has changed. The facade and lobby still looks the same with some mild tweaking in terms of decor. The service is still good and friendly which is not uncommon in Bangkok. The 2 bedroom... More

Despite our initial plans to have this place for our first week during our two month stay in Thailand it became our base. We stayed here multiple times as we have travelled and plan to travel around Asia and Thailand and this place became our base whilst in Bangkok Our room is opposite the building work and we were offered... I stayed at Sathorn Sabai for 2 weeks in Aug/2015. My flight was late and I arrived around 3:00am, and although assured there was someone at the desk 24/7, there was no one there. The front door was open but I had to lug my 2 big & heavy suitcases from the taxi on the street into the lobby. The... More

Entering the lobby is is not much to look at the reception is behind a glass screen and you are offered the rules for review before getting the keys to the "castle" but once you are through the doors it is a pleasant surprise.. the room was spacious with a kitchenette, big fridge, lounge area and separate bedroom. room was... Perfect location near skytrain, markets, massage, great bars, etc. Rooms were clean, and good size (not huge). But we spent 90% of our awake time out of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable (we slept on some rock mattresses in other thai hotels). Super friendly staff. Set up taxis for our day trips to the floating market, ayutthaya, etc. On... More

Stayed with friends at the Sabai Sathorn in their 3 bedroom apartment. It's simple, clean and comfortable which exceeded our expectation for the price that you pay. A short walking distance to BTS that's an easy access to other parts of Bangkok.

we had a 3 bedroom apartment in this hotel. The location was great, the pool was good to have with our 3 children in hot Bangkok and we were mostly on our own. The location meant that we could go back to the hotel and a swim in the afternoon and then on the road again. the rooms where clean,... More

Great location, only 5mins walking distance to Chong Nonsi bts via hotel back lane. The apt is clean and decent. Regarding the nearby old cemetery that some guests were talking about, if that really a concern you can.ask the taxi driver to take the road via Sathorn Tai Road instead of Silom Road that you will totally avoid the car... The suite had a good-sized sitting area with kitchenette (fridge/freezer, hotplate and microwave). There was a dining table and two chairs, sofa & large flat-screen TV. The bedroom was comfortable with a king-size bed with good quality linen. The bathroom had a shower, toilet and handbasin with toiletries supplied. The towels were rather thin. Plus points: Excellent staff who willingly... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
