My sister and I stayed for 3 nights and we are not very fund of the place. There were problem with the electricity in our room from the beginning, which lead to a room change on the second day. The breakfast is looks very good, but its not very tasty. The roof is not ready yet, but the swimming pool... More

The room I stayed in was spacious, really clean and extremely comfortable. All essential amenities were all provided so I didn't need anything aside from my clothes and wallet. The staff are very friendly and helpful with queries regarding places I wanted to see and how to get there. The free tuk tuk service was awesome. That said, the hotel... More

We stayed 3 night at this nice hotel while vacationing in Bangkok. This hotel is quite new, and facility is very good, with free nice hot breakfast (if you book with one). Free Tuk Tuk waiting at the front gate takes you to and from Surasak BTS (Skytrain) station which is only 10-15 minutes anyway. Very friendly staff, the Tuk... More

After reading some bad and good reviews we decided to take the change and go for this hotel. Because we were on our last 2 days of vacation and wanted a hotel with swimming pool around this area and close to Silom. The service is OK, staff is very helpful and even brings up towels to the swimming pool if... More

Room comfort fine, service not very observe. Location was not very good, but there is free tuk tuk from hotel to nearest monorail station. We liked very much pool area, even it was quite small. Theres nice city view from the swimming pool area. :)

Our first and only stay here was the result of looking for a private room with more facilities than Saphai Pae Hostel, just across the main drag at Surasak. Our room was changed 3 times in 1 night, during our 1 night stay, because the first room reeked of smoke, the second room had a broken window, and the third... More

We had planned to stay at h residence for 3 nights but left after 1. The room was quite dusty and dirty. A kettle and dirty cups were provided but with no tea or coffee. The bathroom had a very strong fishy smell and there was no hot water. One lift was broken, neither travelled to the pool on the... More

I actually enjoyed my 6 day stay here. PROS: Hotel is located on a quiet side street away from the busy main road. There is a small but sufficient swimming pool. Sufficient (not fancy) breakfast of eggs, bread, 2 types of fruit, cereals, coffee/tea, some Asian breakfast items (rice, etc). The hotel offers a free tuk-tuk ride every half hour... More

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The cable TV didn't show a large amount of channels. Black out blinds. Free tuk, tuk to main road but walk not too bad. Much better area to stay in than khao San as much quieter but can still get to/from khao San for 200 baht max. Worth paying... More

Spent my first night in the East in this place and was immediately made aware as to just how insane receptionists and hospitality staff are in this country. The van that brought us to the hotel was organized by the agency hiring us. Only 2 people in the van, myself and this fellow in his late 40s or so. Never... More
