The H-Residence is an average hotel. The rooms are good, location is okay, and they offer free breakfast. It is good for the price but nothing too special. Perfect for those on a budget. The Hotel is close to BTS, which allows you to travel around Bangkok easily.

Don't stay in this hotel; we had bedbugs in the room and the staff's reaction was shockingly unhelpful. They did not want to cancel our reservation nor did we hear any apologies. We noticed the bugs when we came in from dinner and were ready for bed. We were offered another room, but naturally we did not want one as... More

First of all, they kind of slow in terms of giving services. Second, you can hear whatever happened in the next room, and I mean like that 'magic' happened ;) The good side is, the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast? Better find street food just 5'-10' walk distance, they're far more delicious and it's an adventure ;)

"The safe in my room is not working properly. It shows low battery sign; needs to be changed." "OK. Room xxx?" "Yes." "We'll send somebody." So I thought she understood; but twenty minutes after nobody knocked on the door. I called the reception explaining low battery sign on the safe; again they said they're going to send somebody to solve... More

The H-Residence hotel is one of those hotels that can easily be overlooked because of its location. It is a little far away from all the main attractions of Bangkok but this hotel was a great find. It is in the quieter side of Bangkok but it's good for someone that wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle... More

I think the only thing good about this hotel was the free wifi! I stayed for 3nights with my boyfriend, after a long, long day of traveling we arrived to check in and were asked to wait in the reception area for what seemed like a lifetime! We booked our room as a double bed but were given twin beds... More

From the moment we arrived we had problems in this hotel. We arrived at 4pm (check in is 2pm) and were asked to wait in reception for a while. We were extremely tired after a long bus journey and were eventually given our key to room 501. We came up in the lift thinking that the room would be ready... More

Hi I stayed in this place from 31/10-3/11 unfortunately I took this place on a base of the pictures that was on agoda site. You should belive me when I said it's not near to the reality of the condition of the place. First I think the pictures on agoda were done when the place was just open now days... More

We spent 3 nights in H residence Sathorn, its a bit difficult o finf but if you arrive at Surasak Station just walk down a street and turn right and you are almost there. Follow the signs to H-Resort, whih is in the same street. We arrived around 11am, staff had nothing to do but was to lazy to check... More
