Rooms are too small. But the location is near to SIAM, where u find all the places of bangkok to roam. 2 mins away from bts station by car. though they claim its a walkable distance but its not. break first was too good. Roof top pool is okay.

We booked the H-Residence for 4 nights, before that we spent two nights at the Heritage-Hotel only a fews blocks away. I must say the room interior was much better than at the Heritage Hotel. At first the lady wanted to give us a room with a view on another building, on our request we were able to change our... More

we booked this hotel at a very budget price, and everything just as we expected, not so fancy but suitable hotel. Although the hotel is 10-15 mins walk to Sky train and big road, but the hotel have shuttle duk-duk service, and the duk-duk driver is very kind and love to give information, if you ask me what impressed me most... The room I stayed in was spacious, really clean and extremely comfortable. All essential amenities were all provided so I didn't need anything aside from my clothes and wallet. The staff are very friendly and helpful with queries regarding places I wanted to see and how to get there. The free tuk tuk service was awesome. That said, the hotel... More

We stayed 3 night at this nice hotel while vacationing in Bangkok. This hotel is quite new, and facility is very good, with free nice hot breakfast (if you book with one). Free Tuk Tuk waiting at the front gate takes you to and from Surasak BTS (Skytrain) station which is only 10-15 minutes anyway. Very friendly staff, the Tuk... More

After reading some bad and good reviews we decided to take the change and go for this hotel. Because we were on our last 2 days of vacation and wanted a hotel with swimming pool around this area and close to Silom. The service is OK, staff is very helpful and even brings up towels to the swimming pool if... More

Our first and only stay here was the result of looking for a private room with more facilities than Saphai Pae Hostel, just across the main drag at Surasak. Our room was changed 3 times in 1 night, during our 1 night stay, because the first room reeked of smoke, the second room had a broken window, and the third... More

We had planned to stay at h residence for 3 nights but left after 1. The room was quite dusty and dirty. A kettle and dirty cups were provided but with no tea or coffee. The bathroom had a very strong fishy smell and there was no hot water. One lift was broken, neither travelled to the pool on the... More
