This is a great place for a long stay. It is in a good location (i found i could walk to National Stadium BTS and MBK in 15 min but a slower walker might find the distance burdensome - i didn't at all) and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Especially June - she is... More

This hotel is very modern and well managed. The rooms are spacious, the staff helpful and very very clean. The only thing I didn't liked was the area where the hotel is located as the street is dark at night and there is a lot of "suspect" people outside, however I didn't had any problem with.In overall I think that... Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy to take cheap taxies to go to Chatuchak Market, Grand Palace, China town ( 50-100 baht only ) If I come to Thailand, I would stay here again. Near some street food court, especially I remember an uncle who sell fruit juice front of hotel ( 20baht / person)

Fifth Residence is awesome. The rooms are clean with decent internet connection, cable TV (with a few English channels, most in Thai), mini fridge, clean bathroom and a spacious cabinet. They provide daily water, coffee and light snacks for breakfast too. They're lobby is open 24 hours which I think is good for guests who will be checking in at... More

I had to stay four months in this hotel, and I stayed 10 days actually. It s quite far from the BTS (15 - 20 min walk) but 5 min in motobike taxi. the hotel is in the bottom of a dark alley, the neighborhood is not very safe. There is nothing to do in the area and this is... More

Its very difficult to find a nice hotel if you are on small-budget-travelling in Bangkok. But with this hotel we made the absolutely right decision. The room was very bright, clean and spacious. The bathroom is also really clean and shampoo and soap are provided every day. Also you get a package of biscuits each day and instant-coffee. The manager... More

Stayed in The Fifth Residence for 6 nights while my girlfriend and I were in Bangkok. Quite a handful of taxi drivers have issues finding the place. Remember, tell them it is at Rama 6, Soi 13. Pros: The room was spotlessly clean. The moment we entered the room, we fell in love with it. The colors in the room... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our property/business. We truly value the opinions of our customers and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. In term of location, we are actually located not far from MBK but in the hot weather like Bangkok, it could be an issue when walking along the street. Another choice to... More

Having travelled around Thailand for 6 weeks, staying in budget hostels the whole time, I can safely say that I do not recommend this one. It is located in quite a terrible part of central Bangkok. The lane that it's situated on is extremely dirty, very dark at night and has a brothel on it. The walk to Siam Centre... More

I chose this hotel, because it was close to Siam and Paragon areas and the BTS, but it was actually quite far away from the National Stadium BTS stadium. It also doesn't have much around the immediate area and it is set far back in long alley. I didn't feel unsafe, but it wasn't fun walking down it every time.... More

Location - This hotel was very difficult to find. No one knew where this hotel was. Make sure you get the address in Thai or get the exact location address otherwise your driver will not know where it is. It is located at a street were it is full of car shops and a massage parlour. The National BTS is... More
