This little guesthouse has 2 rooms on each floor. The rooms are very nice decorated. Quite big rooms also, hard to find in Bangkok. The only problem we had is that the drain was not able to clear all the water and thats why the complete bathroom was under water after taking a shower. The onlys reason for the missing... More

The Hotel is about 400m from the Asok BTS as well as the Terminal 21 shopping mall. I got lots of tips on where to go and how to get there from the Gregory, the Proprietor.. I Started communicating with him months before the travel date and he was very helpful. His advice really made my travel and stay there... More

Stayed for 3 nights. Initially we got Midnight Love, we didn't really like it since it was too dark for us. We requested to change room and the owner, Greg, gave us Black Rose. It was VERY clean, water heater worked, wifi was fine etc. The hotel is very near to Asok BTS STATION and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. Will... More

I wanted to stay near Asok/Sukhumvit stations and close to Benjakiti Park for morning exercise. This place fit the bill. There's a good vegetarian restaurant nearby and the Took Lae Dee supermarket/24-hour restaurant is a 10 minute walk away. Since I was only staying overnight in Bangkok I opted for the 6th floor 800 baht room, knowing it had no... More

It was a pretty basic stay with the main advantage of the location closed to Asok and Terminal 21. The open bathroom was a bit surprising. The padlock to close the wooden door too. And I had to share my room with few mosquitoes. But nothing to really complain about. The manager was very kind, carried my luggage to the... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in the single en suite room (1100 baht per night) and it was a perfect base for exploring the city. The location can't be beat and I would stay here again if back in Bangkok again. I had a room on the 1st floor so did not have to walk up and down too... More

Stay 3 nights in the single room with a double bed. First time I've stayed in a boutique hotel that actually fits the description. The design will not be to everyone's tastes, but I really liked it. I stayed in the Fundee room which had feel of a converted cottage. Rustic, but charming. The room itself is basic, but clean,... More

The hotel is absolutely great. Each room is different. Rooftop place to have a beer or just enjoy the skyline in the evenings. The location is the key. In the heart of the city located near by the train and shopping mall Gate 21. The hotel is comfortable!

Was there with my colleagues for a few days and I really enjoyed the stay. I'd got to stay in two different rooms and loved them both! It's not like other plain rooms you usually find in BKK; Room@Bangkok offers you a variety of productive and creative rooms to satisfy your needs. And, to me, coming back from boring work... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
