One advise: don't stay here. It's very noisy, the staff is very rude. Expect to pay EXTRA when you get a stain on the sheet or the towel. I thought they were joking, but they were not. The stain was caused by our 9 month year old baby and his veggie mash. He's still a bit of a messy eater.... More

We stayed 2 nights at Sakul House in a superior room, it was just like the photos, we were on the back side of the building with a little balcony. We really liked it, the bed was huge, we personally had no issues with noise and the location is awesome, step outside the hotel and there is little restaurants, cafes... More

As one previous reviewer mentioned this hotel is ideal to use if you are getting the Lomprayah bus early (6am) to get to the islands. It is two doors away! Contrary to that review my son and I had a peaceful night in one of the twin rooms (10) at the back. Clean, cool and perfectly adequate. Having just arrived... More

We chose this hotel to be close to the Lomprayah bus and ferry company as we were going to the island of Koh Tao. It turned out that the hotel is, conveniently, just steps away from the bus company office. The staff of the hotel was very good. The place is very modest and the room was small. However, the... We had an unexpected layover in Bangkok and didn't think twice not to go back! Staff very friendly, especially Gay at reception, and very central location and rates very affordable. Clean rooms with cute towel animals on the bed! Already booked our last night there before flying home after our Thailand trip!

I stayed here for one night and it was the best nights sleep I had in Bangkok. The room was very clean and very plush. The staff were helpful and friendly also. While Rambuttri and Koahsan are both very loud I couldn't here music in my room until I opened the balcony doors. My only regret is that I didn't... More

The street has changed, the hotel has not. I stayed in room 303 for 3 nights, check in was easy, room was clean and location is great. The only negative is the live music coming from downstairs until the early hours. It seems like the street has become more lively since my stay 2 years ago. If you plan on... More

It is located right inside the Khao san road, very convenient to shopping and nightlife., but no public buses around. You should go out of the narrow street to find a Tuk Tuk or taxi. Room is ok with basic facilities.Bed is hard. Not a real 3 star hotel, but more like a family inn. Price is a little high... More

The hotel is in a good location in the Kho San road area. My room was on the second floor looking onto the street. It was a bit noisy with the window open but when I closed the window and turned the AC on, the noise was gone. It is a bit of expensive if you go backpacking, but if... More

The hotel is in a good location in the Kho Sarn rd area. My room was on the second floor looking onto the street. I did wonder how noisy it would be but with the windows closed street noise was not a problem. The receptionist was helpful with a city map and directions. The safe deposit was too hard for... More
