Located 250 meters or so just south of Asok BTS. Very convenient to Hemmingways sport bar and grill. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Did not have breakfast there but it looked good. Reserved airport pickup from hotel and the car was there waiting. 600 baht. Kind of a must because the hotel is off the main road 20 meters... More

Pros: -Great location (5 minutes from the Asok MRT station/Terminal 21 subway stop, currency exchange) -Good connection with WIFI in the room. Connecting at the lobby isn't too hot. -The free breakfast has limited items, but is still pretty filling. -Consistent cleanliness. Cons: -Hotel view fronted another building. Construction was still ongoing during the day time, so that might be... More

Due to unfortunate circumstances, my friends and i find ourselves arriving 12hrs before our check-in time at 2pm. The Front Office staffs were understanding of our plight and despite roaming the streets for a few good hours, we came back and they open their lounge for us to rest. Really appreciative of their kind gesture! Our rooms were not ready... More

Pros: The hotel is clean, location is good, staff are nice, WIFI is fast and stable. Cons: Since it is not a big hotel, do not have many choice in the breakfast. There is renovation in the day time, so I give average score on the sleep quality. However, I will definitely consider to live in this hotel again next... More

First visit to Bangkok and decided to stay in this hotel after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor which are generally quite positive. This hotel is relatively new and rooms are very clean. Kudos to the housekeeping team! Breakfast selections are limited but still acceptable. Noises are also limited given that hotel is under going renovations. Bring a smoke free hotel... More

My mother and I decided to stay at this hotel after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. We stayed from the 7th - 12th (1st stay) and were happy with it's close proximity to the Terminal 21 mall and BTS/MRT. Being the first time to Bangkok for either of us, we got a taxi from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel. This cost... More

My group of 11 college students and 2 faculty had a wonderful stay at the CitiPoint Hotel for a total of five nights. The breakfast was complete with a fruit and bread buffet along with your choice of entre'. While there is not a view from the rooms, the rooms are spotless and the staff is very responsive. All the... More

A modern and well-managed hotel with a prime location in the heart of Bangkok. The staff are friendly and professional and always meets you with a smile. The rooms are big, clean and bright with big and comfortable beds. It is located in the centre of Bangkok only two minutes walk from the sky train and the subway system, which... More

CityPoint Hotel is a nice hotel in a central area of Sukhumvit. The rooms are nice, although smaller than they appear in photos. The hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed there, however we were not disturbed by the renos despite notices to guests. The elevator was not accessible upon our arrival due to renovations, however it was available again... More

The reviews were good, but I was sceptical. However, this cosy hotel surprised me! Friendly staff, good service, clean rooms. For Bangkok, this part of town, I think it is worth the money. I checked in at 09:30, could get into my room at 10:30. Perfect, especially with the upgrade!
