Really nice little hotel. Excellent location, quiet and yet a minute from the assoke, sukumvit intersection. Close to mrt/bts shopping, restaurants , street food , 7/11, everything you need. Staff incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are pleasant and immaculately clean. Renovations going on at the moment but between 10 and 6 so if you are out all day you won't... More

This hotel is totally overated and not worth it. I had a bad experience there overall and I am sure you will also: no card key but rather old fashioned key which u must give and get back from reception every single time...room smelled of mold and sweat as there is no active ventilation/fan in the room..located in a ghetto... I love the location as it 's very near to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The superior room was spacious and clean. But the water pressure is bad. It's either too hot or too cold. Breakfast was simple but it's ok for me. Overall I think this hotel is value for money and I would stay again if they can fix... More

5d4n trip to Bangkok, stayed here all 4 nights in a deluxe room (Room 405). - Very near to Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, Terminal 21 shopping mall, Urbanretreat Spa. Metered taxi ride from hotel to Don Mueng Airport cost about 160 Baht + 50 Baht toll - All staff, from security guard to porter to reception to dining area were... More

Loved this hotel. It was located in a great location in Sukhumvit and across the street from the train lines (BTS and MRT) which was so very helpful in getting me around. The hotel is also across the street from a great mall, eateries and a reputable and amazing massage shop (Urban Retreat Spa). The staff was amazing and very... More

Friendly staff and nice accommodations! Walkable to a lot of amenities (shopping, bars, etc.), but also very close to both train lines, which is important because that's the best way to get anywhere in Bangkok.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel and was very impressed. Hotel was near faultless throughout the entire stay. Was assigned room 406 with the windows facing the adjacent construction works. Don't let the negative reviews about the construction noise deter you from staying here! The manager did leave me a note about the construction but noise was non-existent and I... More

The hotel was excellent from the first minute we walked in. The service was great and the rooms were excellent. If you have a standard room, make sure you bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as it is not included. The hotel was also a 4 minute walk away from BTS and MRT.

Service and state of the room is okay but hotel itself is under construction for making more rooms. We wanted to rest in the morning because of the last night trip but couldn't stay in the room peacefully due to too much noise. I think they should notice about the construction beforehand so that customer can know about it.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking your valuable time to write us a review. I must apologize that the construction noise disturbed your rest. We take every comment regarding the construction noise seriously and we did try to limit the impact of the construction to our guests, therefore a notice letter was given to all new arrival guests.... Citypoint Bangkok The Good Decent sized rooms, clean bathrooms, with some obvious effort made at giving the public spaces a sense of style. Quiet...mostly. Very close to public transport, and mall shopping. Wifi, strong signal, available everywhere. Rooms have TV with English channels, air con. Has an elevator. We had an early flight. The hotel arranged a taxi for us... More
