This is a huge 8 stories hostel. 24h reception, travel desk, cafe and restaurant. Very modernized and clean. Staffs are nice. Common space is huge. But I had some problems here and one of them was critical for me. 1.) Their wifi. Guests are given each username and password valid for few days. If you lost the small card written... More

I just enjoyed my second stay at the hostel in 18 months. I have had 3 different types of room in the hostel and all have been good. Exceptionally thick mattresses on the beds, individual lights and power plugs are always a bonus. Enormous lockers in all rooms mean if you really want you can put all your processions in... More

Stayed in a deluxe room with my mom for 2 nights. Requested for a quiet room because my mom has problem sleeping in a noisy environment and we were provided with a room in the corner (701) and we both had great peaceful night rest. But we were disappointed in the shower as there was problem with the water heater.... More

Really enjoyed staying here. It is a bit out of the way but in a nice trendy area of Bangkok. A taxi ride to Khao San road takes a while but it is nice not to be surrounded by all the drunks and modern. The hostel itself is very clean and modern looking. The dorm was spotless and had the... More

Good points: - near to the BTS train station which we used everyday - all staff speak good English and are extremely helpful - good facilities e.g. plenty of toilets and showers, laundry, computers in the lobby, tour desk, sun terrace, nice lounge area, laundry service - free cooking course on the Thursday which was really fun (thank you Jon)... Hi Alice & Alice :) It's Jon First of all, thank you very much for staying and leaving us a review where we can improve: - Hairs in shower rooms, we have 3 maids in morning and afternoon shift busy cleaning the rooms (which took most of their time since Saphai Pae is such a big hostel and many common... A couple, we stayed for 3 nights at the end of June 2014 in a private room. When booking they were helpful and they sent directions on how to get there by public transit, or taxi cab (written directions in Thai were provided). Room was clean and well-appointed, with free water, mini fridge and a safe. The air conditioning worked... More

Stayed 4 nights in a Deluxe private room on top floor. It was perfect, couldn't ask for better room. Spacious and modern bathroom, very clean and great WiFi. The bed was large but a bit hard as per non Asian standards. Reception and lobby area are nice, good place to sit and relax and you have free access to computers.... More

Well managed , great location away from the hussle and bussle of the city. And recently they event start to include simple breakfast to their service which was a bonus . I love working in... More

Amazing place with loads of communal space, breakfast included, super clean bathrooms and massive dorm rooms. Each bed has a huge locker space. Slightly far away from the main "attractions" but this makes it quieter. 10 min walk to the Embassy of Myanmar for visa application process. Highly recommended ")

Great stay, really recommend it! A Bit far from the center of Bangkok City, however you can easily get a cheap tuktuk or taxi to the center. I would say it is about 15minutes drive? However it makes up for this by being very close to the BTS station. At first prior to booking the 15minute drive may seem annoying,... More
