The reason for this apartment is price just only 600 baht for double room per night, it very cheap accommodation around Sathorn. You have to walk 10 more minutes or 1 km to get BTS. Apartment is located in the alley but it's really safe. There are may dusty in there. The room was not clean. And bathroom is quite... More

I stayed 3 nights, and would consider staying again. The prize is really good, so I don't expect a lot. The bathroom could've been cleaner, but over all I think it was fine. I did struggle a bit with wifi, which isn't included, but not sure if they're to blame. Location is good, a couple minutes away from Skytrain, and... More

First of all, this place has 2 buildings. One building is completely nasty and not clean (it's old). The other building (relatively new) is not bad, but rooms are pretty small - unless you get the larger size room (which will cost you around 300 USD per month). Bottom line though, is that the management does not care at all... More

I have stayed at over 120 properties in Thailand from OK to Poor and Amazing to Middle Range. This was the scariest property I have ever expirenced in my life. The staff and the building are in worst condition. It remind me of the scene in Hangover 2 at start of movie. Its horribly managed and the people at hotel... More

i see that lots of bad reviews are based on a few weeks stay, well we stayed there for 4 nights in Grand Executive Double Room and it was really good. It is 10 min or even less walking from BTS and we manage to find it on our own even it was in really small alley. Cleaning lady changed... More

We took a tuk-tuk to go to the hotel. It was 4am, a bit strange to drive in the tiny little streets, and looked far from the main roads. We've booked online and asked for an early check-in, that was ok for the receptionist (who seemed to understand), but when we came back after our first visit of the city,... More

The sign says ‘Executive Serviced Apartments’, which to me implies a certain standard. Unfortunately the label is miss-placed. I was advised at check-in for my month-long stay that towels would not be supplied. But neither were; cutlery, crockery, glassware, soap, toilet paper, bottled water or clothes-hangers. The supplied bedding usually had tears or holes in it. There is free wi-fi... More

The reception was very helpful. i was travelling for the first time but had absolutely no problems due to the information each day from the reception. Complete value for money... you pay and you get much more....amazing airconditioner. The studio room may make you feel claustrophobic as it doesnt have a window. that the reason we moved to the deluxe... More

The one redeeming factor of this place was the other guests that I met there. I took a small room to start then upgraded after 10 days but check this out, they took a 6000 bht deposit, my electric bill for 10 days in the small room was 1000 bht and for 20 days in the 2nd room 5500 bht... More
