Arrived from Hong Kong very late at night, but still got help with cases to upstairs room. The room was spotlessly clean with a good shower and large fluffy towels. Also minibar with drinks at reasonable prices is 20 baht per can. Coffee making facilities available also in room. Area very quite but ideal for stopover.

With an early morning flight to Europe I opted to stay at Suphan Lake Hometel for the night, being a drive of less than 15 minutes to the airport. The hotel is situated within a small Thai neighbourhood next door to a beautiful man-made lake and park; the kids will have fun spotting the turtles and monitor lizards in the... More

We have stayed at Suphan Lake Hometel on many occasion. It is approximately 15-20 mins to Suvarnabhumi airport. Very convenient for those on a layover or wanting to explore the local way of life. Never had any issues with the staff there. Hometel is next to a lake where you can see many people exercising every morning and evening. Within... More

Look at my reviews, I give very few places a one star....Stayed here on our final night after 3 weeks in Thailand. This was our only negative on a wonderful trip. We were just looking for somewhere to sleep before catching an early flight home. Warning, we later found out this hotel is not near airport or anything else. Web... More

I have stayed here many times on my frequent visits to Thailand. Clean, good value, quiet and close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful as is the owner who lives next door. Hotel is right next to a beautiful park with a lake full of catfish and turtles, which you can feed from the bridges. Local street food... More

We choose this hotel because we thought it was closed to the airport, it was actually about 30minutes away and nowhere near any major attractions, or happenings, our taxi driver was not quite sure where the location was, we showed him the map and the phone #, after calling the hotel for direction, we finally made it. It could be... More

First, you must understand that this is not a tourist hotel. This is a hotel in a local only neighborhood. English is not widely spoken, the BTS (train) is not walkable, nor are there any true "restaurants" in the area. Once you understand this you will appreciate this hotel. The staff could not have been nicer. We came in after... More

This is a very poor version of a hotel and definatley not a HOME-tel! You get a "sawadee" as they take your money then that is it! Every move you make is watch by nosey staff and your belonging,s in you room are "observed". There is no fire alarm,s in your room , in the event of a emergency after... More

At first the hotel and staff seems welcoming though the feeling only lasted for a few hours as a couple we requested for a double bed as per booking but the answer remained NO , they could only offer either room with double bed or balcony even though as per our booking it was suppose to be double bed with...
