The Lilac is perfect when all you need is an easy airport connection. The lady who owns the inn was at the front desk when we arrived -- what a refreshing change to hear her perfect English -- a *huge* advantage when you are concerned about making an early flight. Its really clear to me that she cares about customer... More

If your looking for a cheap no frills stopover then this would be a good choice. Rooms are clean, staff helpful and transfer is about 10 to 15 mins. If you want more than somewhere to lay your head then look elsewhere. There is nothing to do other than read your book or watch tv. You are given as few... More

At 1850 THB (or less than £35) a night the added extras make this a five for me. Included on the room price were airport transfers, a mini bar and snacks (beer/water/crisps/chocolate/tea/coffee), a welcome drink and a freshly prepared breakfast. All of this came with friendly Thai smiles and service! The room we had was large and clean, had efficient... More

Its good for one night stay or for transit passengers... nothing is around.. just a massage parlour and a good restaurant opp side of the hotel. and seven eleven.. rooms are ok. the bathroom stinks.. and small... but you can manage to stay for some hours... very close to the airport.. pick up and drop is really prompt.

Stayed just one night before an early early flight to the US and all I can tell it is almost in the middle of nowhere...almost... 10 minutes away from the airport and they organize a complimentary round trip transfer which is very much on time. Rooms are simple but cute (a bit kitsch though). Bathroom is efficient. Staff are very... More

This place is amazing! Despite showing as fully booked online, I called Lilac-Relax and they had a room for me. Their telephone reception is very good - with staff who can understand and speak very clear English. Without needing to pay any deposit, I made my booking only 5 days before arriving. Upon arrival at BKK airport, I called Lilac... More

We stayed here early this year and I didn't write a review until I was checking into another overnight stay in the BKK area for an upcoming trip, and thought about this hotel. However, we won't be back because the strongest memory of our one-night stay was the overpowering sewage smell from the bathroom. We arrived very late (as many... More

We booked 2 nights here as a transit stop on our way to Bhutan. Very nice. All of the staff and the owner were very pleasant and helpful. We booked over the internet, and a day or two prior to our arrival, they sent us an e-mail to confirm our pick-up time at the airport. There was a driver waiting... More

Staying there for last night before flying back to Holland. Nice people, very helpfull. We would stay there again. They help you with the shuttle bus to the nearest BTS station and pick you up. You get a mobile from them to contact them to be picked up. Breakfast is simple but enough.

Good pick up from airport. Staying here right now. Lovely room, clean and pretty. Near a 711 for quick essentials. Kind and welcoming staff. Appreciated the cold drinks in the fridge. Overnight airport stay.
