Arrived late evening unannounced in May 2012, receptionist on 2nd Floor, accessed via lift from Street level was very cheerful and welcoming. stayed at the parkway because my usual hotel the majestic suites 50 yards away was full. The entrance is jointly used with the tailors on the ground floor.
