Stayed here as family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids. So nice to have the 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment with lots of space, and the view from the 27th floor was beautiful! Very clean, nice amenities like weight room, pool, and sauna. Large breakfast buffet also was included in our room price. The walk through the alley is... More

Our first impression of the hotel was neat and clean. 2 bedroom apartment is furnished with kitchen, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, microwave, and flat screen TVs. The apartment was very spacious for 4 people. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Bed sheets were fresh and no complaints about the comfort of the beds and pillows. The two bathrooms were spotless and... More

Stayed at the CNC Residence Paradiso 31 on Soi 31 Sukhumvit Road which is the newest building in the CNC Residence group of buildings in Sukhumvit. Apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The building also had a wonderful swimming pool on the second floor. All in all a brilliant choice for a serviced apartment in Bangkok.

Been staying in this apartment for the last 1 month. Basically a good service apartment, well maybe not the bed which is a little bit on the hard part. Basically catered to many Jap expats in BKK i guess. Well the gym is fully quipped, one of the best i have seen in a very long time. When you have... More

For the price that we paid for the hotel, it wasn't as clean as we had hope. Their towels smell like mildew and there wasn't enough hot water for four us to take our showers. The staff though are very friendly and nice. The location is sketchy. Expect to see a lot of old farang men with very young looking... More

CNC is not a hotel but rather a serviced apartment mainly catering for japanese customers. Having this in mind, these are the pros: - the units are huge, both the studios and the one/two/three bedrooms - some units have just been refurbished. Ask for them. - pool (outdoor) and gym are just great - the location is good, just few... More

My first time at CNC Residence, the hotel is located in Soi 33 about 1 kilometer from the Phrom Pong BTS station, easily walkable on nice days. The area predominantly caters for Japanese visitors and the hotel seems a favorite for them, expect Japanese news on the TV in the restaurant! The hotel has an oldish feel, in that the... More
