This is probably one of the most luxurious hotels one could find in Bangkok. While the design is typically of a newer St Regis (i.e. you could be anywhere else in the world and not realize you are in Thailand), it is the exemplary Thai service that prevails. Soaring ceilings, elaborate flower center pieces, marble clad common areas with magnificent... More

This was my second time to stay at St. Regis Bangkok, I didn't remember how satisfied I was last time, but this time I was disappointed. I moved to St. Regis from Four Seasons Bangkok. In comparison with Four Seasons, the room is newer, but much smaller. No fruit basket, no newspaper. There is a butler asking if we need... More

I had a good experience on my first stay in July so I booked then hotel again in August 2014. This trip was very disappointing and the hotel has major security issue. When I come back to my hotel, my door was not locked. Basically the housekeeping staff did not close my room door and anyone could have just walked... More

My wife and I booked this stay after a recommendation from our American Express friend. Although there were some renovations going on...we totally enjoyed our stay. First timers in Bangkok, the concierge and butler's were amazing...great tips and incredibly accurate information even up to how much we should be paying for our cabs. It was my wife's birthday and special... More

One thing I remember is the comfy bed. I could nap for 3hour straight and that was very rare. Other than the bed, everything is alright. Oh yeah, I wish the breakfast would offer more variety, everyday is the same, so it kinda boring.

Stayed at the property for 3 nights; great hotel with pleasant staff and good service. Location is unique as some of the rooms face the golf course. Also a link bridge which connects the hotel directly to the BTS, which makes it convenient to explore Bangkok. Only downside is that the pool is quite small, and could get crowded at... More

Excellent service, amazing rooms, easy location. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is worth the travel from the airport even if you only need to stay there for a one night layover in BKK. On my last stay, I arrived very late and had to depart pretty early the next morning for a flight. They rushed me... More

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights recently. We had initially booked ‎at another prominent 5-star luxury hotel, but switched to the St Regis after hearing rave reviews from a friend. Unfortunately, our experience was not what it should have been, given the standard and reputation of the St Regis group worldwide. Some examples (there were... More

The difficulty when you are a St. Regis in Asia is that the bar is very high. On most levels this hotel delivered- really, this is one of Bangkok's best hotels (see my other reviews- I'm steadily working my way through most of them). The rooms are elegantly decorated Amenities were great- very pleasant shower and bath Beds were EXTREMELY... More

I have been in St Regis between 8th and 10th Aug. I have to say it is a very pleasant experience staying in St Regis. Firstly, the hotel is connected to sky train station which means you have very convenient access to the train. If you know how bad the traffic condition is in Bangkok and how often it rains... More
