I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times so i was a little surprised on this visit. I have stayed in the Caroline Astor Suite a couple of time and was impressed with the view. I choose the Metropolitan suite for this trip as I have seen the view and got a great price. What I did not realize... More

Awesome place...service was great. During check-in,we were served a refreshing glass of tea Lemongrass tea. Staff were attentive and made the stay extremely enjoyable. Breakfast spread at the cafe, was excellent...love the noodle in chicken stock, doughnut, yummy banana cake and the variety of juices too. The view from the room was splendid. Hotel was conveniently located and neàr BTS,... More

This hotel was centrally located. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The decor was beautiful. Hotel staff were very friendly and the manager gave us a nice room with an amazing view. Had a fantastic stay. Suitable for a honeymoon trip. Would definitely stay here again.

After spending a delightful time in Chiang Mai and Phuket we came to Bangkok full of expectations and used to not being disappointed. I have to admit, that this time, the best about Bangkok was the hotel we stayed in, St. Regis! Sophisticated, elegant, comfortable, clean, service oriented, delightful all around! People at the hotel were attentive, professional and went... More

There are so many choices in Bangkok for high end hotels and this one is among the best. The decor is elegant and tasteful. The hotel is well located to shopping and has a direct walkway to the sky train. The main lobby is located on an upper floor so it provides a good break from the action coming in... More

As a part of my honeymoon trip, just after landing from Singapore, I was being told that The St. Regis Bangkok was THE place to go nowadays in Bangkok! So i gave it a try and was not disappointed. I booked a Caroline Astor Suite, I wanted to make sure that I would have a wonderful and spacious suite to... More

Hotel is a few minutes walk from major malls and some street markets. I stayed in the Four Seasons (which is next hotel on same street) a few years ago and found St Regis to be newer, cleaner and more modern. Only drawback is you have to go to another floor to access the hotel’s lobby. Rooms were ok, standards... More

The banquet , coffee shop and restaurant services were very disappointed me. Prices are very high. For excsmple 600+++ for khao pad kraprao. Banquet staff are unprofessional. Banquet Sales talk to customer not nice. We ordered a birthday cake for one of guest's birthday but apparently NO CAKE to present!

I have stayed at some of the top hotels in Bangkok (Mandarin, Banyan Tree, Four Seasons) and St. Regis is by far my favorite. It's a brand new hotel, great location, wonderful amenities, incredible service, and spacious/gorgeous guest rooms. The reception staff has an impressive attention to detail and the doormen are truly helpful and professional. The price value is... More

St. Regis Bangkok is always the best choice in terms of location, room comfort and facilities, and services. Its location is closed to Central World and Paragon and it is no doubt easier for shopper, plus a walk-over from the hotel to BTS station directly from the building, which is definitely a plus. Also, because their number of rooms :... More
