We arrived at the hotel one hour before official check-in time 2pm where reception told us that our room would not be ready before 3pm, however, when we returned at 3pm the room was still not ready and hotel said we had to wait maybe another 1-2 hours because of many late check-outs. Now the real issue is that the... More

We stayed over for one night in Bangkok on route to Hau Hin. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms fresh and modern. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was lovely. Although our stay was brief I can find nothing to complain about it ticked all the boxes!!

Convenient location, just 5 minutes walk from the closest BTS station. Give the reception a call, the tuk tuk shuttle will pick you up on the main street. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Also liked the pool and garden area, it was nice to just chill by the pool. There's a construction site next to the pool... More

We have 3 room booked including a suite and have requested for connected ones. Went through a standard check in process not quick at 2 am also the air conditioner in the studio room was not working and had a very bad initial experience. I had to struggle with the manager that night to allot me a room on the... More

Stayed here for one week for a conference (in the Queen Sirikit Convention Center). Rooms are as you would expect from a hotel chain, everything in good working order and comfortable bed. WiFi is reasonable speed, don't expect perfect Skype calls. Only disappointment was breakfast which was on the lower end of average. Location is excellent, near both the MRT... More

As a single traveller having never been to Bangkok before this hotel was great. I stayed for 5 nights and generally enjoyed my stay. The rooms and good and breakfast is lovely, great value for money. The staff let the place down, some were lovely (the manager lady in the restaurant in particular) but others were rude or didn't even... More

We spent a couple of nights here recently. It's a very pleasant, small hotel with a lovely garden and pool area, gymnasium, restaurant and bar. It's not the greatest hotel but its fine for a city break and the staff are really very accommodating. The room was large enough, clean, the shower was fabulous and the aircon worked! What more... It is not a great hotel, but still nice with friendly staff. The rooms are ok and clean. It's helpful that there is a tuk tuk service that transports guests to the main street and the tuk tuk driver then talks with a taxi and negotiates directly the meter usage. This is really good in Bangkok, a city were you... More

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Had booked a standard room which was small but comfortable for 2 people, v tidy neat & clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. The hotel is located about 600 – 700 mtrs from the main road but they have a good tuk tuk service which ensures that you don’t have to walk. Front... More
