Stayed here whilst on Transit from Sydney > Bangkok > London whilst on a 9 hour and 15 minute layover. Originally we were meant to leave Sydney at 15:00 but left at 10:00 so accommodation was paid for by Thai Airways. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and had its own bathroom with shower & toilet. The T.V however only... More

I made a reservation through Expedia for staying there. i had a 6 hour stopover at Bangkok. I arrived on a flight from Myanmar so I had to go through immigration and customs. When I came out and wanted to go to the hotel I wasn't able to do it. You can not enter the area where it is located... More

Stayed in this hotel when in 'overnight' transit from Singapore to Chiang Rai and vice versa. Even though we had no checked luggage we were told by various people at the 'official' information desks to exit the domestic terminal and check back in. Whilst it didn't feel right we followed the advice and were then told we couldn't get back... More

We stayed here on our way back form Koh Samui when we had a ridiculous 9.5 hour lay-over in Bangkok Airport. It's quite pricey for what it is, but when it's either spend the money or make yourself cosy on an airport chair its a no brainer. The room was very basic - two single beds and a TV that... More

Finnair used this lounge for its Business Class passengers and it was less than satisfactory. It was a small lounge in C terminal and had a limited number of seats in cramped conditions. The food was very basic and was not tried as it did not look attractive. Go somewhere else and avoid this lounge.

My family and I had stayed here before without many problems, however this time was absolutely terrible. My family and I couldn't send our bags all the way through to our final destination so we had to pick them up in our stop in Bangkok, unfortunately once we picked up our bags we were not allowed back into the airport... We stayed here for the 8 hour option during an overnight layover at Bangkok airport. We barely slept for 3 hours during this time due to the noise level after spending $130 on a non-attached bathroom package. Due to not being able to get a visa to leave the airport, we had to slay inside the terminal. If at all... More

Having several hours overnight and not wanting to leave the airport proper, we checked in to Louis. It had been a long flight and we felt showers would be great. Good shower, clean room in which we had a few hours sleep and a breakfast . We checked in for 5 hours and that was just the right amount on... More

I booked this via Kayak.com, and admittedly was a bit nervous when I did. Reviews were mixed online from most people about noise levels and privacy, but the cost point was good so I gave it a try. I'm happy to report that it was a very pleasant stay - no noise issues, a clean bed, and shower was adequate.... More

Convenient hotel but pricey as is typical for airport hotel. Don't need to clear immigration which is good or bad depending if continuing on international or domestic. My plane was late so airline paid for the room. Got a room, couple course meal, water, and OK wifi in room. Room was clean and large. Quiet part of airport. That also... More
