Stayed in the Dayrooms in the G concourse for 6 hours during the day. Though there did not seem much occupancy, we were provided a room at the lower level far from the reception, just adjacent to a walkway. When we asked for a change, we were reluctantly provided another room again at the lower level, instead of the 4th... More

Stayed here whilst on a 10 hour layover, I was disappointed from checking in to checking out. Shower was pathetic, staff were un friendly. If I have another lay over here, I won't hesitate to book something outside of the airport, the Louis Tavern Dayrooms are over priced !

Location: Very far away if you are not lucky to arrive in that particular concourse (G). Confusing signage to get there. Service: Poor, complicated system for deposit for key. Only Bht or USD in cash. Finally got key against deposit of D. License. Wifi: ha ha 4 USD in cash only! And then u have to go back to reception... More

Stayed there for a 5 hour layover with the family, very basic room, no black-out and it overlooks the terminal walkway so make sure you have your curtains drawn.. Breakfast included is very basic with only a few limited choices. Service at front desk somewhat unfriendly with no real professionalism. Would only stay again if absolutely have to..

The title says it all. Small uncomfortable beds, noises from other rooms banging and clattering all night long, brusque and overworked reception staff. Sshould have spent the time in the Thai silk lounge.

We had a 9 hr Layover on our way to Brisbane ... As we have been to Bangkok many times before we didn't want to go out into the city but needed some R & R so we booked in for 6 hours ... I went for a 1.5 hr Thai Massage, he went for a haircut ... We had... More

That is it. You get the accommodation for 6 hours. It is basic but the minimum level of comfort is there. No tea or coffee makers (available at the front desk). Be careful to have your own small shampoo, shaver and moisturiser. These are not supplied. But if you are traveling Business class you can always use the lounge for... More

It does what it says on the box,it is an hotel in a large airport. Not somewhere you would want to spend a lot of time , but lay your head for a few hours it's ok. It was clean and tidy and quiet enough. The only down fall was the quality of the food, but there again airport food is... More

Stayed here for 8 hour layover. Was at very opposite end of airport from my gate so long walk both ways. Complimentary buffet is a waste of time. TV in room was terrible. Internet was good. Not much furniture in room - bed, chair and coffee table which had to make do for a desk. Pretty expensive for what you... More
