I was quite pleasantly surprised. Nice clean room, good shower and just what I needed for my 10 hour layover. As some people have said it can be a bit noisy, but honestly I just wanted to crash between flights. You also get a free dinner, which was quite good, comparable quality to most other terminal restaurants.

Very convenient if you have long layover but terribly overpriced. We booked for 6 hours and it seemed very expensive for what it was. Booked for three online but they insisted I had only paid for two and demanded another $42 for an extra bed for my son. Very poor value compared to transit hotels in Singapore airport. Avoid if... We booked this hotel because were had a very early flight from Bangkok to Taipei. When we checked in we met a surly check in agent. She barked at me for my reservation code. Unfortunately I did not have it with me as I forgot to print it out. The reservation was paid for. She then proceeded to call someone... More

We did book this hotel via expedia, however for some reason we did not notice this property is not accessable but via transit or having your boarding pass in your hand. We flown from Auckland to Bangkok, however the airline was unable to ckeckin our bag all the way, therefore we had to pick up our bag and not be... More

Hi, Firstly i am mad THAI Airways did not offer me room in my 13 hours stay at Bangkok airport. Secondly, we were two people and i had to spend AUD 250 for 8 hours stay (Lunch included) The room was ok if it was like 100 or 150 AUD. But, too expensive for that price. .... Never Taking Thai... Stayed here whilst on Transit from Sydney > Bangkok > London whilst on a 9 hour and 15 minute layover. Originally we were meant to leave Sydney at 15:00 but left at 10:00 so accommodation was paid for by Thai Airways. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and had its own bathroom with shower & toilet. The T.V however only... More

I made a reservation through Expedia for staying there. i had a 6 hour stopover at Bangkok. I arrived on a flight from Myanmar so I had to go through immigration and customs. When I came out and wanted to go to the hotel I wasn't able to do it. You can not enter the area where it is located... More

Stayed in this hotel when in 'overnight' transit from Singapore to Chiang Rai and vice versa. Even though we had no checked luggage we were told by various people at the 'official' information desks to exit the domestic terminal and check back in. Whilst it didn't feel right we followed the advice and were then told we couldn't get back... More

We stayed here on our way back form Koh Samui when we had a ridiculous 9.5 hour lay-over in Bangkok Airport. It's quite pricey for what it is, but when it's either spend the money or make yourself cosy on an airport chair its a no brainer. The room was very basic - two single beds and a TV that... More

Finnair used this lounge for its Business Class passengers and it was less than satisfactory. It was a small lounge in C terminal and had a limited number of seats in cramped conditions. The food was very basic and was not tried as it did not look attractive. Go somewhere else and avoid this lounge.
