Arrived around 1AM after having paid online for a room for 6 hours. Very glad I pre-paid online as price was USD$92++ vs the walk-up rates noted at the desk of USD$137++. Had to leave USD$10 cash deposit for room key. Works OK for a transit hotel and has nice benefit of not having to deal with immigration for a... More

The service is terrible. My family and I booked this room via Hotel.com by accident. As it was not highlighted in Hotel.com that it's only a 6 hours booking and we searched for "Hotel" not "Dayroom". Worst of all, it's not refundable. Hence, we wrote to the hotel asking for clarification. The replies we received are either all cut and... More

I stayed in one of the rooms with no bathroom twice on a trip over and back to Mandalay. The bedding and towels are very average, a caravan RV park style shower and toilets you have to walk past the cafe to get to. The walls do not seal to the windows or walls so therfore you can hear "everything"... More

We had quite a long stop over in the airport coming in from Scandinavia and decided to use one room for a well earned shower and sleep for a few hours. We cant understand why people complain about the cost of the service? We paid about $150 AUS for a 4 hour use, which also included a meal for each... More

We loved our 6 hour stay in the dayroom suites at Louis' Tavern. Our family of six were able to shower, sleep and relax in a quiet, clean and friendly environment. It is not a cheap stay but, when you have 4 young kids and a 9 hour transit, it is the only way to keep sane and make sure... More

We had a 17 hour layover between Paris and Australia so we booked a 12 hour stay. Everything was quite basic but it served the purpose. When we arrived the air-conditioning was not working so we reported it and the staff were very helpful and responsive and the A/C was working well after about 15 minutes. Being the middle of... I had to stay for 6 hours by paying US$140 for 2 persons. It's shame to not have basics for such exorbitant rate. Bed appears nice from the distance but when you open poor maintenance creating many question marks if it's really clean or not! Bathroom don't have toiltories. Not very cleand nor well maintained. Putting 30 cent soap must... More

We had an eight hour transit at Bangkok International airport (BKK) and were travelling with young children. Our next flight was just before midnight and we decided that it was best to have a room where we could freshen up and rest before the overnight flight. The rooms are not cheap, however for us it was worth the money. We... More

Looks like 1 star hotel, 3700baht for 6 hours for very pore hotel. Wifi is very slow, buffet included in this price (i even cant call it buffet) have coffee and toasted bread. Massage not bad but bit pricey 1500 baht. Complimentary water and snack in refrigerator. Actually on the picture the room looks not bad. The only advantage is... More

The location is excellent if you are in transit and need a place. The prices and service is atrocious. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. the breakfast is very basic and served as if a great favour is being done to you.We asked for soap and told they dont provide anything more than the liquid one...
