Convenient hotel but pricey as is typical for airport hotel. Don't need to clear immigration which is good or bad depending if continuing on international or domestic. My plane was late so airline paid for the room. Got a room, couple course meal, water, and OK wifi in room. Room was clean and large. Quiet part of airport. That also... More

Yes, this hotel is expensive compared to others, but if you have a short layover (8hrs or so) and don't want the hassle of getting out of the airport and checking in again (around 3hrs) it's a decent option to get some shut eye. The rooms/beds are clean enough. Rooms either face the inside of the terminal or the outside,... More

Good size room and WiFi included in tariff. The walls had poor noise insulation and could hear outside airport pedestrian traffic. The ablutions need a good spray with bleach. Television was not tuned in properly. The hotel should look at its pricing. At 3300 baht it's greedy for Bangkok and 4 hour increments is adding insult to injury. All other... More

Got comped for this hotel by Thai Airways because of the long layover and I didn't feel like paying additional tax to leave the airport. When I first arrived and gave them the booking number, they could not (manually - through file and paper) find my booking and had to get the confirmation through fax from Thai Airways (many minutes... On a recent First Class Mileage trip SYD-BKK-HKG-SIN-BKK-SYD with Thai and Singapore airlines needed a room to crash in on a long layover in Bangkok airport. First Lounge shuts after midnite so to sleep somewhere if you are in transit at BKK airport you can book this transit hotel. Big mistake overpriced for a 6 hour stay, rooms are small... More

The hotel is way overpriced because there is no competition. The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly. The room is filthy. Shower head pointing to the wall with random hot/cold water!! The worst part was that when I was told that I had to return the pair of disposable worn slippers or I would be charged the equivalent of 50... More

Very high room charge. Non refundable full deposit is needed if you want to make reservation in advance. Also cash deposit for the room key is required when you check in. The attitude of the reception is very very bad, rude and impolite. Lack of manner of behaving to customers. Lack of common sense. Room is not clean and narrow.... More

Hard to find the location especially if you arrive at the opposite end of Bangkok Airport. However the charge is quite high (approx AUD$100/4 hours). I checked in around 2pm and was given a meal voucher which was valid till 3pm. Not much time for a nap before catching my next flight. The staff looked disinterested and although the room... More

This place is very difficult to find! Even the hotel cards at the desk have the wrong concourse listed. I had to ask for directions several times. Be sure to get the wi fi code before going to your room. Receptionists' English is minimal.

Arrived almost around midnight. I hadn't done any bookings in advance as i wasn't sure whether to stay at the transit hotel or 'get out' of the airport. Decided to give a 'second' try at Louis Tavern ( having been disappointed in the previous visit). The pro's- - Unlike Singapore's transit hotel ( which is almost always 'full' by the... More
