wouldn't waste my money again. Noisy, cold, clinical, beds were not comfortable at all extremely hard and not the easiest place to find. Wasted 40 minutes getting to hotel and then could hear every person who walked up the corridor regardless if they where talking or not. Best part of stay was the light refreshments and the gentleman serving us... More

Bed is rock hard and is 5ft 2in long. So anyone over 158cm will find the bed very short. The rooms are noisy, especially when they have school groups staying, as was our case. Over 4 hours, I got no sleep despite complaining to the reception twice and speaking to the teacher once. The amenities are clean though. If there's... More

Transit overnight in Bangkok airport for 9 hours - spent 6 hours sleeping in the room. Clean and bathroom OK and quiet. However rooms without ensuite available and cheaper (3000 vs 4500 Baht); so ask for them. Bathrooms and toilet down the corridor and no problem. The included breakfast standard and bland - the lunch looked better - maybe should... More

On 26th July, 2015 my partner and I had a ten hour lay over in Bangkok, enroute from Europe to Australia. So I booked a room at this transit room online prior to leaving Australia. My partners biggest fear was that it would be a dog box with no windows. When we arrived tired from our flight we headed to... More

Positives: The fact that it is somewhere that you can lay down, in privacy, within the airport during a lengthy transfer of 11 hours. I was sceptical given so many bad reviews and it WAS very difficult to find for someone arriving from an International Flight who was due the following morning to transfer to a domestic flight. You have... More

The food was very average, I was there between about 7-9am and there were fruits, sandwiches, pancakes, sausages eggs and what not. The problem I have with this place is the privacy. There is literally no privacy at all, which a lounge requires. Very few drinks, such as water and 2 types of juice. the seats were comfortable though. I... More

Poor room with broken shower and insufficient lighting to see what you were reading. The food was an inclusive fixed menu and was terrible. The staff were rude bordering on hostile - "take it or leave it" attitude and everything was grossly overpriced. There has to be an alternative to this between flight service but if there was I didn't... More

I was quite pleasantly surprised. Nice clean room, good shower and just what I needed for my 10 hour layover. As some people have said it can be a bit noisy, but honestly I just wanted to crash between flights. You also get a free dinner, which was quite good, comparable quality to most other terminal restaurants.

Very convenient if you have long layover but terribly overpriced. We booked for 6 hours and it seemed very expensive for what it was. Booked for three online but they insisted I had only paid for two and demanded another $42 for an extra bed for my son. Very poor value compared to transit hotels in Singapore airport. Avoid if... We booked this hotel because were had a very early flight from Bangkok to Taipei. When we checked in we met a surly check in agent. She barked at me for my reservation code. Unfortunately I did not have it with me as I forgot to print it out. The reservation was paid for. She then proceeded to call someone... More
